Who would want to go to Downy's restaurant since they would not let you film in there? It appears that they must be hiding something! Gills make me yearn for fresh fish, especially eaten by the seaside. Although the weather was not good, it was a lovely day out in Seaham. Also, good to see lots of shops open. Yeah, £15,000 is definitely a bargain. The problem is they never get sold for anywhere near those prices and the chances are you'll be outbid and lose your deposit. I reckon it'll probably get sold for about £40,000. Really enjoyed the video BTW.👍

I can almost smell the fish and chips, Expat Seaham Lad, Canada. My wife and I were taught to swim of the inner slope pier, 1940/50’s .
