1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee Granules
2 1/4 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract (or to taste)
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup Hot Water
