I am very grateful that more and more people are realizing this is hard science and not people being over-dramatic. I'm so sorry to hear about your PTSD - it's a very unpredictable and paralyzing disease and not easily resolved. Those of us with PTSD are anxious that terrifying things *can* happen because they *have* happened. I hope you are okay.

It's why I left Facebook and what drives me into my art room. I own all of Jean Haines' books and this latest is one of my favorites. Each of her books shares a positive message and demonstrates the freedom and peace we can find in painting. Blessings to you always.

I have always said those who cut people down on social media often times suffer from a mental illness and we must remember that and try to just overlook it and go on. Do not dwell on the bad things that they have said because they are coming from bitterness, anger and hurt.

I get so angry with people who have nothing nice ro say!! Why can't they just keep their big loud rude mouths shut! I have never tolerated bullying, you are right they are alone in a cold lonely world, so that is why they want to be cruel! Because depression is hard enough 😪!!
