Sigh, considering you said yourself that you don't play Splatoon, saying that should be one per system is really dismissive of the huge community of this franchise, that you aren't part of.
It's fine if you don't find the franchise appealing, not every Nintendo franchise is for everyone. But you complaning a game you don't even play, shouldn't exists, it's really entitled and disappointing.

I don't think Splatoon 3 "shouldn't exist" I think it's great the series is doing well cause it is a very quality franchise. I just think the series could work on a model more similar to Smash and Mario Kart of 1 per system. Games like Splatoon and the other two have so much life and support in each entry that they can carry through a whole generation with updates and as a result something like Splatoon 2 wouldn't lose relevance in its own generation. Splatoon 3 is worthwhile, I just think both it and 2 could've benefited a little more if it was saved for Switch 2

I don't wanna say "if you didn't play, you don't get an opinion" but as someone that has been with Splatoon since the beginning, it's really disappointing and tiring to see the same complain over and over again, from people that don't even play.
Splatoon 2 had a lot of core problems that a simple update wouldn't fix it and pretty much die just after one and a half year (remember that NSO was introduced a couple of months after 2 released and that killed the playerbase).
Splatoon 3 it's what made the franchise be a juggernaut, it's not perfect, far from it, but waiting for a next console for such young franchise, it's a risk. The numbers of Splatoon 3 did showed that people wanted more Splatoon.
@@thencsmaster4343mario kart is moreso one mainline per console. Otherwise, Mario Kart Live being on the same system as 8 Deluxe shouldn't have been possible
