Great video , been carrying about 6 years now been a blessing, make sure that you carry something ,comfortable if not you want carry it , and make sure that you practice with it so that you and tool will be on point ! Best stay ready so you want have to get ready ! 😊
I’ve been concealed carrying for 2 years and the firearm that I first carried is not the firearm I carry now. Sometimes the firearm that is the hot new item might not work best in concealed carry for you…that is completely fine. Find what works for you because there are a lot of solid options.
New gun owner for about a year, first gun Canik mc9. Already put over 1000 rounds in it and love it. I’ve only conceal carried a few time. Getting used to the feel and comfortably carrying. I recently bought Springfield echelon and only put couple hundred rounds through it so far. Having a blast learning and shooting. Thanks for the video and tips
I’ve been a conceal carrier for about 2 years now though I’ve been a firearm owner for over 50 years. My advice is to experiment with different types of holster/pistol rigs to see what works best for you. Find a comfortable combination because if it’s not comfortable, it’s likely you won’t wear it as often as you should--and that could be devastating to you AND your family.
I actually got into firearms after someone pulled a gun because of a road rage incident. I’m relatively new to concealed carry (started edc a year ago) because I was mostly at college but now I try and always have something with me if I’m able. My advice would be that conflict can happen anywhere at anytime so have a scenario ready for when your are in a car or seated because stuff always happens when you are vulnerable. I trust my life to a beretta apx centurion. Stay safe and Godbless!
@@stern2701 That's great advice! And I appreciate you for sharing why you got into firearms, it's important to see that things can happen anywhere. I appreciate your support and got you entered in the giveaway 💯
@stern2701 Hey man, sorry to hear this happened, but I'm glad that you are ok. I agree that anything can happen at any given time. As the saying goes, " it's better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it." Stay safe...
I’m happy that you chose the belt … this should be a good giveaway. I hope one of the newbies gets the belt. One of the first things I tell new shooters is to determine what features they need and if they don’t know the whys behind an option, ask questions. Do you need a manual safety or not, etc. That kind of thing. Dont be like those thousands of new Glock owners who came into our shop during the pandemic, bought guns that they never shot because the guns didn’t have a feature that they wanted. Those guns were unloved and gathered dust. As said in video, getting to the gun store and renting guns to determine what fits and what doesn’t is critical. When you find one that you like, rent it, shoot it, research it’s reliability. Once the right one is found, take a class or two and make a plan for how it will be used and know what you will do in those day to day scenarios. Holsters are the next stage. I’ve been carrying for many years and instructing for half of those years … and I’m still trying to find my one holster to rule them all. It’s like a quest that never ends. Research, rent, plan, train, and stay prayed up.
I’m currently in the process of getting my ccw permit. My advice is definitely to take an intensive training class with your edc choice. I initially had a hellcat pro and a p365 that I loved but when it came to shooting, it was always too snappy. I switched to a shield plus and it was a night and day difference when shooting.
I'm new to conceal carry. I have a X-Macro I want to conceal during summer, and either or Walther PDP Pro or Glock 45 for winter carry. I'm just figuring out the right holster along with my everyday attire. All in all, I'm learning to be comfortable being uncomfortable.
I have been concealed carrying for 7 months which is fairly new. I had picked up a canik mete mc9 and now with winter current edc is a glock 45 mos. I love both pistols and I do have a Kore Essentials edc belt which I wear everyday.
Nice content brother. I’ve been a concealed carrying since 1996 . I have a kore essentials belt I’ve had it for a long time, by far the best carry belt. I definitely need another one. With the ratchet system definitely give some extra length on the belt especially for winter carry, you may wear layers of clothes. For new concealed carry and people who have been carrying for years TRAINING IS KEY once you think you are prepared YOU ARE NOT. I just started carrying the Canik mc9 l love it. Stay STRONG AND BE SAFE Thanx for the video.

Have been carrying about a year and started off with a TP9SF Elite and it was dreadful. Even though it was a compact firearm, it's a heavy one. I now have a shield plus and what a difference! Not gonna say "I don't even notice it", but it is much lighter and easier to carry. Would recommend getting a micro compact for carry, but, go to a range and shoot it first to see how you like it 👍
@JacobFlores-nu5ne Yeah man, can't go wrong with a Canik. In my opinion, it's the best bang for the buck. Especially if you're starting fresh in the CCW world.
