Hello there.... I'm a keen fisherman in England,always interested in trying out different baits etc... I'm interested to know what the texture/firmness of this bait is after boiling ???
The best description is similar to bread dough or piazza dough. You don’t won’t it to stick to your hands when you roll it, if that helps. You can add more water if it clumps up or corn meal or flour if it’s too watery. This bait is better suited for catfish but can work with smaller species. The molasses leaves a scent trail that attracts fish. You can alter the recipe to suit it for your own needs. Hope you catch some monsters!

Instead of buying all their merchandise it’s time fisherman strike back and find out the fish have been around a lot longer than gulp!

You can use dark corn syrup. If you don’t have that maple syrup or honey
