I Just Recieved this keyboard today , but its speed silver switches, when i first put my hands on that beast was extremely smooth when u press it , its silent i didnt expect the keycaps are this good and the keyboard is smooth and the RGB just blown my mind bro
Same I bought the same keyboard and switches in this video I decided I wanted them before I came across this video and I am happy with what I decided on 😂
Kim Jong Un totally recommend. Gaming at ease. They are quiet and no delay. Only problem is that double clicking is annoying and you don’t know if you pressed the key. Not a firm hit. Speed sliver or blues are the best in my opinion.
You guys are showing great support on this video! I appreciate it all! If you would like to ask me questions on stream check out my twitch channel! www.twitch.tv/xxichris :)
Do you still have it? If so do you like it? Because I just got mine and I used to use blue switches, I CANNOT stand the mushy feeling of the switches, it's just so unbearable and feels very slow in game. Way slower than when I play with blue switches. To be fair it is my first day, but I can't stress enough how much I hate the mushyness, do you think it will grow on me and I will get used to it after a little? Or should I return it and switch back, because I really like the board. It's just the switches that I hate. Lmk🙏

Hey man, do not worry. I am here with the one year late response. The colors of the extra keycaps are completely random. There are a plethra of other accent colors that you can recieve.
There’s no difference between the ducky keyboards the only difference is the color of the board the black and white one are her same besides the keycaps u can put any keycaps on your board like you can but the black ducky one 2 mini and put frozen llama keycaps on it, it just depends what switches u fet
are they scratchy? I’ve heard cherry switches are known for being really scratchy. Also, is the bottoming mushy or does it bottom with a satisfying click?
xxiChris The whole time you couldn’t tell why they were « smooth » compared to your frozen llama keyboard. It’s simply because the cherry red switches are linear, in which you don’t have a click, and your frozen llama has tactile switches, which has a bump before bottoming out.
Hi, I own a ducky one 2 mini with silent reds myself and they are very scratchy. They are pretty quiet, but don‘t feel very good. There‘s also a lot of springping. I wouldn‘t recommend buying them.
I did read silent red is mushy, i bought the browns. Reds are for gaming, or silver. Blues for typing without mistakes, and gaming. Brown for typing with less mistakes than reds. And gaming. Brown feels a little like a standard keyboard and easy to get used to. Blues are getting irritating after a while, but very nice clicky feeling to type on. Most choose reds, for gaming, or silver for a faster lower click, but changes are you accidentaly hit a key because so little resistance.
I have the silent reds and they aren’t mushy they are smooth and feel nice I actually recommend more than the blue they get really annoying at one point the silent reds are smooth and nice they have a great feel there silent which is great in my opinion and you don’t make any mistakes when either gaming or typing I recommend the silent red over the rest tbh

Hey, thanks for the video, i bought it just now, and now i noticed that it doesnt have arrow keys. How do i do that? would mean alot with a reply. thanks
Since it is a 60% it won't have arrow keys or F1-F12 keys. If you want to use arrow keys on this keyboard you would need to hold the fn key and IJKL keys would be your arrows. If you play games that primarily use arrow keys then this keyboard isn't for you :p

Obviously yes. He said in the beginning he had cherry MX silent red on that one. You can get a different type of switch like red, blue and brown. All are mechanical.
You can get a lot of keyboards from mechanicalkeyboards.com thats where i got my anne pro 2 and unlike a lot of keyboard companies, these ones are usually in stalk. Unfortunately i think all the rgb forms of the ducky are out but there are still one 2 minis that have just led instead of rgb
For mouse and keyboard reviews, check out rocketjumpninja, Brandon Taylor, and Bad Seed Tech here on youtube. TLDR: Ducky's a super solid choice for a keyboard. Can't go wrong with Brown or Red switches if you're unfamiliar with switches. Razer Deathadder V2 is a really good wired mouse. Razer Viper Ulitmate is the best wireless option right now. For a keyboard, at least for manufactured ones (because custom builds are hella expensive, like at least $1000 USD) you really can't go wrong with ducky. I have a One 2 SF and I just ordered a mini with red silents because I love it that much. Another good option with an even higher build quality is Durgod. I have a hades 68 from them and it's really good, but I just kinda prefer the Ducky for its styling, all of this is going to be subjective. I suggest those 2 because I've tried them, and my main reason for loving them so much is how good the spacebar stabilizers are. Dead silent compared to anything you'll find from more "reconizable" companies like Corsair, Logitech, etc... Stay away from those if you're looking for quality. As far as what switches or form factor (full size, Tenkeyless, or compact) that's going to be completely up to you and what you think you'll need (the smaller ones are a godsend for freeing up space while retaining full functionality). Your most common switches will be the brands Cherry MX and Gateron. There are so many other switches, but chances are you're going to find something with those on it. As far as the types within the respective brands, stay away from blues because they're just plain rude to everyone else lol, seriously, no one wants to hear that clacking all day. Browns are really good if you want that tactile bump in your key press, reds are really good for a linear switch (typically lighter actuation force required than the other linear switches). I'd say Browns are the better universal switch (gaming, typing, etc...) and reds/linear are better for gaming, but again, this is subjective, some like reds more for typing, totally up to your taste. And don't fall for "speed" switches. They're more a pain than any benefit they may offer, and it's really not any. Their whole thing is that they actuate much higher in the key press, but it's not really worth all the misclicks you're going to make. One time, I was using an air duster can on a corsair keyboard with speed switches, looked up and pretty much every key had registered a press at least once lol. For mice, If you're going to be playing shooters, I recommend going with something light, 80g or less. If you didn't know, wireless mice have gotten extremely good, better than wired even, but they're way more expensive, but still an option depending on how hard you wanna go in on peripherals. The Razer Viper ultimate is the way to go for wireless right now. The new Razer Deathadder V2 is an extremely good wired choice for a large hand, light weight, great sensor, easy to use software should you choose to use it. Zowie makes really good mice in different shapes and sizes. They usually have something for everyone, and as far as components go, they're all caught up with 3360 sensors on most of their mice, but they still have rubber cables. That said, they're so popular that you won't have trouble finding paracords or higher quality skates if you decide to upgrade it a bit. Stay away from steelseries, their stuff's garbage. They've got sweet ads, but their stuff is so gimmicky and so much lower quality than anything I've mentioned. For example, you'll never need an LED screen on your mouse, EVER. That's the selling point of their Rival 710. I know that was super long winded, but I just really like using and talking about PC peripherals lol. If you have any questions, let me know, I'd be glad to help if I can!

Very preferential! Chris likes to push down harder for gaming than I do! I prefer something that’s a bit more sensitive than the browns, but the browns are a great in between choice.
White makes the RGB brighter but it’s what you prefer. I recommend reds or silent reds if you’re gaming and browns for gaming/typing. Browns are the middle ground.

Do some of your switches have a scratchy sound when you slowly press down on it? I can't notice it while typing but it still bothers me lol
Keys usually have a break in period but you can lube the switches to fix that.

How can you hear it when it’s silent
You out here asking questions like we in the year 3022. lol
Dude silent means quiet it doesn’t mean LITERALLY silent. I bet there’s no keyboard that makes 0 sound.
@@katherine-oh3rt yes it true 🤣
The blue one sounds nice
hehe thank ya
In the manual it tells you how to switch the RGB affect
Ayyy just bought one today and used your code!!
1M views and 8k subs that aint right
Lmao it’s like that sometimes :p
Which one will you prefer
ducky one 2 mini its actually cool keyboard :)
It is! It's great :)
Are Cherry Mx reds better for gaming OR Mx Browns better
Hmmm good question, it’s all personal preference to which one you would want. But I would for with the Reds
Very preferential! Chris likes to push down harder for gaming than I do! I prefer something that’s a bit more sensitive than the browns, but the browns are a great in between choice.
where do u get the keyboard?
Link in description!!
xxiChris thanks bro!
Need some help, do I get a black or white ducky and witch switch
1000 subscribers With no videos Buy what u prefer. I got the white with red switches
Gabe Itch thank you
White makes the RGB brighter but it’s what you prefer. I recommend reds or silent reds if you’re gaming and browns for gaming/typing. Browns are the middle ground.
Bearoh thx bro
The frozen llama key caps aren’t translucent It doesn’t have to do with the switche
Is there a legit keybaord and mouse website for Australia

Pc case gear is pretty good they sell a great variety of things including many mechanical keyboards it’s based in Melbourne

does the FN key work on MacOS? im afraid if i buy this keyboard. i will not b e able to change the RGB patterns on my iMac
It would be nice if the casing/plate wasn’t plastic; sound wise.
Yeah if you want a metal alternative I would recommend the mecha mini or building a custom keyboard
