    A day late watching your video. I was out on the road working. I have to say it looked very tasty. Have you ever tried the Mr. Yoshido's sauce? That stuff is fantastic. I use it when I cook rice night before then throw it on the blackstone & with the meat & mix it all together. Good stuff.

    I thought on one other video you bought a 28 inch Blackstone. Am I wrong or don't you like it.

    • @cookingwithbigcat
      @cookingwithbigcat  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Pistol Pete, I have both the 22 and the 28. The 28 is at a different location so I don't get to use it as much. I love the 28 and will be doing a video soon. Appreciate you!!!

    Serve it OVER the rice--with tomato wedges (uncooked or cooked with the stew)--and you have the Chinese Pepper Steak my mom used to serve.

    As per normal - great recipe and great presentation. The only buttons that get me into trouble with are the ones on my pants. Is it possible to do a cooking show without saying the word "nice"? Every one I watch (mind you I am limited to shows for the griddle) has that word in just about every sentence. It wouldn't be so bad but it is a nothing word. If you mean well done then say it. If you mean crispy then say that. I am not venting at you - just have no where else to say it. I love all your shows - keep it up.

    • @cookingwithbigcat
      @cookingwithbigcat  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks TrollGRG G, I appreciate the feedback. I am always trying to improve and have no issues with a comment like yours. I honestly had no idea I said "nice" that many time LOL. It's amazing how many things you can see/hear about yourself when it is captured on film.

      @@cookingwithbigcat I appreciate your integrity with that answer. There are a lot of people who would just write it off. I understand that sometimes it is the only way to express how you are impressed with something or need an adjective just for the flow of the thought. You are no worse than most other cooks and I like your videos so I can overlook that small flaw. If I wasn't so anal retentive I probably wouldn't even have noticed.
