During the preview of parts, I was like "Yeah, yeah! YEAH!! YEah um what? throwing everything at it AND the kitchen sink> YEEEEAHAAHAHAHAHA!!!! " 😜Okay I'll calm down. Damn I want one of these BT200Xs! Keep it up!!!!!!
Just binged all of your minibike videos. Please continue making these. They provide so much insight and are fun to watch. I have a Coleman ct 200ex-u and I’ve done most of the mods you have while watching your videos. Next is the tach mount, just need to get the sheet metal. Thanks for your vids!
Good advice, what I didn't see was 2 things. Master links size 420 and a chain breaker? Also I'm pretty sure this Hisun motor doesn't have low oil shutoff. I also installed a hour/RPM meter from amazon to know when my motors gonna blow up and to keep track for oil changes. My we were out riding last year and my brother inlaws bike lost the 10mm x 1" bolt for the clutch. It fell off never to be seen again...lol! And I tried to tow him out until my clutch overheated and turned into direct drive, even when idling it continued moving forward. Made stopping near impossible. It was 1 of those days. Great fun little bikes though.
Love it! Yes, a chain link is a great idea, with a chain breaker. Those would definitely fit in a small kit. I'm going to be tearing down the HiSun and comparing it with a Predator in an upcoming video. I'll be able to tell for sure if there's a low oil cut off. Losing that 1" bolt makes me wonder if putting together a small assortment of bolts and nuts as spares would be worth it? Thanks for the feedback!
While watching this video I thought "What about throwing an MRE into the mix?" MREs (Meals Ready to Eat) are an easy way to stave off hunger if you get stuck out one trail ride. Usually they are cooked with some boiling water but who's to say some cold water won't do in a pinch? Just a thought!

Thank you for the kind words! It makes all the effort of making these videos worth it!
Great advice, I ride the ct200u-ex...definitely need a rack to haul a kit. Was the ending a mock incredible hulk outro...lol...👍🙂
OMG you got it! I wasn't sure if anyone would get the reference!

Nice video, does the headlight work with the AC system?
It does! This LED bulb I sourced seems to contain a bridge rectifier built into it so it works with A/C

That's an awesome idea! I didn't even think about that as I usually just pack a few snacks with me in my back pack. Thanks!
bottle of water?
Yes! Great point! I always have water with me so I didn't even thing about it! The forest for the trees, right?
