Sweet, first time hearing about this, so cheers to ya Fr'. I own the Venus and consider it one of my best & is top 5 in my fps mouse pad collection, was very impressed with the quality, smoothness of hybrid surface, & the low-profile stitched edges that are done right (almost identical to Artisan stitched edging) and the entire Lethal Pad lineup has the same type of stitched edging. For $50, it does feel kind of steep. Now I feel the pricing is up there with Teir 1 pads like the Artisans. Lethal did amazing job with their 'Planetary' mouse pad line up, the quality was really great at a very competitive price. So I have high hopes for the 'Pro' to being a good tier 1 mouse pad.
Man this review made feel more hype! I pre-ordered this and use tiger ice feet and I want what you described. Thanks for the video! I do wish it was a darker red though

@@JLx22 Why? because i have a hayate otsu but its a bit too fast and i hear the venus is a bit slower than the hayate otsu why you preffer saturn over venus?
@@shelful5256 Keep the Otsu, or try the Saturn-- I came from that Otsu V2 too. Too much friction on the Venus compared to Saturn/Otsu. It throws off shots and tracking compared to the smoother glide of Otsu/Saturn.
Hey first of all great review! My question is, dont you think skate shape and size affect how it will feel on the mousepad? Because i know generallly tiger ice are considered to have less static friction than tiger arcs, but, i have tested that due to the large surface area of the gpx skates, my 2nd gpx with an ultralight base with generic g304 skates feels like it has even less static friction than the gpx with tiger ice gpx skates. My conclusion is that mouse weight, skate size, and shape might be affecting how it feels on the mousepad moreso than the skate material itself.
Hey nothing connected to the video, but do you have any update on the G Pro Superlight mouse modded by 3ilent_G? On how it is holding up to this day. Thanks
No Pro XXL yet, and if made, it would probably be unreasonably expensive ($80+) compared to the regular Saturn. When discussing skates, it would be helpful to discuss which games they're best suited for (e.g. tracking-heavy games vs tactical shooters). Did you test with Tiger Arc 1?
The skates are good for both. It depends what you personally need so it’s impossible to say what would work best for all of us. Some need more control some need more speed etc
Same. I need desk coverage also. Having a keyboard flush and not moving and cushioned helps so much. Any word on a larger 900mm vs 400 or 500mm version?
Still haven't received my pile of more artisans from lgg's recent group buy but hell I'm gonna get in on the Sat pro. Zero is great but no hair and less maintenance is better.
Ohh. Customices review soon?? 🤤 Also, after watching this I am a bit worried the foam might be too soft for my liking. I tend to not like Artisan XSoft as I use small mouse feet and then the mouse digs into the pad when tracking (because I apply pressure). My question: is the Pro pad just as squishy as the XSoft Artisan? And have you tried the Pro pad with small mouse skates? :)
Wow great review for the Pro series what are your thoughts on the zero vs saturn pro? is the static friction lower than the Zero but the dynamic friction is higher? i imagine that this means micro adjusting is easier on the Saturn but will have a slower overall glide. that's quite daunting considering that the zero already has pretty lower initial friction (for me at least bc i play tact shooters) im concerned i might overshoot my target in microadjustments
I just returned my Saturn Pro. it's so slow and have high dynamic friction. Even still I turned up my sens it still had the "Lock-in-feeling" I'm using Tiger ICE on my DAV3 Pro...I ordered Venus Pro instead.
