Having started ATTEMPTING to hire people 2 months ago, it’s insane to me that so many people say “There are no well paying jobs.” I had never had any issue getting a job before. I’ve never applied for one that I wasn’t offered. We as employers, will look for any excuse to hire someone because we NEED their help. That’s the reason we are looking. And it is very hard to get anyone in the door even if you pay well. People who can’t get a job, or don’t make it past a job interview truly have issues.

This is close but slightly off. Many managers have different type of requirement styles.

I’ve had two people beg me to train them. They flake, then beg me to train them again. Kept happening with both of them, over and over again. I kept trying, but they kept flaking then calling me to apologize. Looked for any reason to hire them. The only 2 people I’ve had reach o it this month. I just can’t hire someone that never shows up. Even for a 100% sales position. They’ll just end up wasting area and ruining potential clients.

@@eastonuniversity Such is business. I’ve gotten better at recruiting now, but it’s still a pain in the ass lol. Just glad I’ve been able to improve lives of the reps I’ve got based on their higher income
