This is exactly what I have been hoping for and more. It's a mature, adult Nightwish with all the old elements that I fell in live a long time ago. It's perfect.
Yeah for sure! As is par for the course with most of their music you really feel the journey you are on and it is so easy to get lost within it! Pure Brilliance!!!
Yeah this one is a straight banger of a song!!! It would make for a good show opener or even a show closer!!! Its all around that awesome journey in music that we have come tp expect from them and it is simply brilliant!
This is something very special, a stunning piece that shows Nightwish are still at the top of their game and have so much still to offer. Great reaction dude 🤘🤘🤘
Tuomas said this song is about people we meet along the way in life, each person represent a island.. and the one steering the ship, Tuomas, or maybe you.. it could be your story right, but Tuomas proberly did write it as him steering the ship. feel some imaginarium vibes here, also some melody parts reminds a bit if the NW song Sahara.. i do think its a great song, i didnt catch it at first listen, i was also pretty tired, maybe thats why, but now i get on a journey with it, sailing this ship.. love it!!
Its a really beautiful way to describe the way life works! I would expect no less than this kind of epic thought provoking poetry! Musically it really has so many awesome pieces in it that are going to pair well with ANY of their older stuff especially the last few albums being they are working on a running theme of sorts! They are such great story tellers poetically and musically!!!
This one was an epic surprise release but not the last one before album release. Next one will be Lanternlight on Floors request and if i am correct its a tear puller 😮
Hello old friend. Nightwish Army Phoenix back here again for you. This is such an amazing composition and the music is so incredibly layered. Kai was killing it on drums, Floor amazing vocals, Empuu and Jukka jamming on the heavy parts, and then Troy on pipes closing it out. So cool with multiple movements throughout. Want to see this and the others from this album LIVE.
Hello, Hope all has been going well!!! This song was amazing on many different levels for sure! When they do play this stuff live it will be pretty epic without a doubt! So many cool pars and then added with the way they do live shows it will be unforgettable for sure!
YES!!!! This would a great show opener!!!! I think they really knocked it out of the park, I really cant wait to hear more and the album as a whole! Its going to be such an awesome ride!!!
Lanternlight is due to be released before the album and is reckoned one of the best tracks On the album look out for The Weave... This one is, I think, about all the strangers you met in your life plus all the different phases of life. Quite complex I think. They set aside 2 weeks to record Floirs vocals for the album but she completed the lit in 6 days - with songs like this, that sre so fast and with rhythmic changes gor the voice, that's impressive. Though there is no tour, Auri ate touring in 2025 and the 30th anniversary is in 3026 - no tour currently planned for that but some sort of celebration is likely - abtour or a few concerts? We wait to see. The earbook, that I have on pre-order, has an instrumental disc and an orchestral disc so can't wait for that.
Thats so awesome! I hoped they would release one more before the release! Watching the making of this has been pretty incredible! Thats cool they are doing an instrumental version so I wasnt to far off with thinking that! I would be very surprised if they dont do a one off or two but I'm sure they will do something for the anniversary!
@@TheKillogicEffect They will, but haven't decided what yet. I wonder if they will do some "secret" shows as they have before? (They have done a few shows in smaller venues under aliases - Rubber Band of Wolves, Nevski and the Prospects, Nachtwasser and Sushi Patrol (which they advertised as a Japanese Nightwish cover band))
Hey man! Love your reaction videos. Particularly on paco (doing good work introducing that world to people). I'd love for you to react to and introduce people to the world of gypsy jazz/manouche from the father Django Reinhardt. Both flamenco and manouche have sinti/Romani roots. I'd really recommend looking at players like Jimmy Rosenberg, stochelo Rosenberg, Angelo debarre and Paulus schaffer for the traditional style and maybe people like joscho Stefan and Adrien moingard for the modern stuff. All the best🙌
Thank you very much I really appreciate it! Gypsy jazz already sounds like it would be awesome, thank you for all the names I really appreciate it I look forward to checking them out! I have really been enjoying all the brilliant music that we have been finding all over the world especially from Spain, it has been a real eye opener!
My fair ladies and the distinguished gentlemen. This is an epic Masterpiece. 😎🤘
Absolutely!!! This album sounds like its going to be pretty epic!!!
❤❤❤🇫🇮👏
This is why Nightwish are on the top of Symphonic Metal!!!

They did it again, absolute banger❤
Absolutely!!!
I hope they will play this live ….gonna be a bangerrrrrrrr🤟🤟🤟
Might even be a brilliant opener
I want to see it LIVE !!!!!!!!!!! Masterpiece
Absolutely!!!
I love how the lyrics are full of island imagery, and then the instrumental coda evokes the feeling of being alone on a beautiful island.
Yeah for sure! As is par for the course with most of their music you really feel the journey you are on and it is so easy to get lost within it! Pure Brilliance!!!
The music is a story in itself!🎸🤘
Absolutely!!!
My favourite of the new tracks - so far.
How Floor remembers all the lyrics is extremely impressive.

Tuomas writes stories in the shape of music.❤

It’s literally a more mature version of devil and the deep dark ocean
canzone straordinaria!!!!!
Absolutely!!!

That is so awesome they are releasing another one before the full release! I cant wait to hear it, I am sure it will be masterful!
I believe that one is coming out on the day of release, so perhaps not "before," but yes, one more single, this time with a music video.

They really turned Kai loose on this one.
And Jukka too!!
Yeah for real!!!
Yeah he is pretty busy on this one without a doubt!
Love this musical journey ❤❤❤
A great concert opener 😁
YES!!!! This would a great show opener!!!! I think they really knocked it out of the park, I really cant wait to hear more and the album as a whole! Its going to be such an awesome ride!!!
Thanks ❤❤❤
My pleasure, this was absolutely brilliant!!!
IMO Kai goes crazy
Wind like a clock. Like a short movie.
Interesting, cay is a low lying island (like Florida keys) while quay is a manmade structure, often of wood or stone, where ships can rest.
Greetings from Finland 🤘 ps. "Nightwish will probably celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026"
Yeah thats right I keep forgetting about that!🤘
😍🤘🤘

I think "Lanternlight" is actually dropping at the same time as the album. If it's "before," it won't be much before. Both are dropping on the 20th.
@@Tarkus_My mistake then, thanks for the correction!
