The feel of the shifter is stiff and short. The height is perfect. Only downside is that it is noisy. The boot that goes on the trans keeping the oil in fits without hassle. The rubber boot that seals the cabin from the outside does not fit anymore, therefore theres more heat and roadnoise, it should not be very hard to DIY something though. It goes over the shifter but collides with the shifter base that is higher than stock. I mounted an aftermarket shift boot as the original didn't fit.

How do you find the Fine Cut short shifter? And how did you go about with the lower and upper rubber boot seal, any issues fitting them?
