Examples are Misbun getting fired for bogus reasons, and he himself expressed his disapproval of BAM. Misbun's coaching methods were top notch, helping out shuttlers like LZJ reach top 10 in the first place. Then he got shifted to helping juniors which led him to be fired right now afterwards due to the junior's "poor results". BAM has also tried to nego for LZJ to come back to BAM for so long since they thought MS had no hope (he declined ofc). They even didnt have the balls to say who it was that nego-ed him to come back. Also, in this year alone, there has been so many resignations already, and we have only been through half of this year. It is also not like LZJ dont wanna go back you see, he has said he sometimes regret and wants to, but still chooses not to. Then you might say, he fired Indra Wijaya. And to this I say, Indra isnt even Malaysian, he was Indonesian, then Singaporean, do you think he got the will to help LZJ? So thats why I have been thinking, it might not have been his ego, but BAM ego
