Great Roland! More videos like this! If you can tech more about doing service on our printers will be awesome. These days where our business have lack of work or even close it is hard to make service to our printers.

I'd love to watch something about preparing AI files that have clipping masks, gradients, and expand appearance issues. Most of my printing issues I figure out by trial and error. I lack the basic understanding of why certain things must be done to prepare the files. I've tried the "Package" command but don't see any rhyme or reason to that feature. I can't print what it produces.
