Is it a pretty tight squeeze? Cant decide between this or the rapid reboots that have a higher pressure.

Yes. The squeeze is more than enough I myself don't use the highest setting. Professional athletes use this. I would certainly recommend.

Rapid squeeze I believe goes 200mmg these go either 120 or 100 but 80 is all you need for movement of fluid from the videos I’ve been watching trying to decide myself tbh haha
