    Normatec, who was acquired by Hyperice in 2019, produces probably one of the most recognizable compression boot systems on the market. These boots are often seen by professional athletes while they are traveling or on their social media. When it comes to compression boots, Normatec produces one of the more advanced systems. These boots not only feel great, but also are super portable and "smart" in the sense they are able to be controlled with your smart phone via Bluetooth.
    The boots are great for trying to move fluid in your body (lymphatic fluid and blood) after a tough workout or on a recovery day. The science behind compression therapy is ever advancing, but these certainly feel good and leave your legs feeling refreshed after use. The technique used to describe their action is compression massage.
    As I've tried several of their compression boots previously, I was excited to get some new technology however the Normatec 3 system seems to be geared for a more simplified use than the Normatec 2.0 and Normatec Pro. With simple push buttons, it's definitely easy to use and comes at a reasonable price point but may not be the device for those seeking compression boots with all the bells and whistles.

    Through my internet and TH-cam search for foot massage products, I haven't come across anyone explaining the specific details as you did. Thank you, sir, that has helped me greatly in choosing the appropriate type

    Great review. I just purchased the Normatec 2.0 a few months ago. I agree the 2.0 & 2.0 pump is better. I need to purchase the Arms & Hips next. I wish they sold the pumps separately so that I'll be able to use the Arms and Legs simultaneously with 2 pumps.

    I have the normatec 3 arms, hips, legs…. tbh the hip attachment (although a bit weird to situate) is highly underrated in reviews - the whole system is one of the best investments I’ve made for myself in a long time

      That's great to hear. I just ordered the lower body combo because I was really looking forward to the hip attachment. Can't wait to get it in.

      Can you use all 3 attachments at the same time, or do you have to use them individually?

    • @aikimommee
      @aikimommee 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@007markymark007 you can only use them one area at a time. I’ve seen people say they want to do more than one area at a time, but tbh imo some combos would be difficult and might even be uncomfortable together. If I need more than one area I might do 20 min each instead of 30-60 avg for a single area (ex after a marathon I might do legs an hour vs swimming 20 min each area)

    I had just received mine yesterday and I gotta say it’s hands down the best recovery tool I’ve owned after using the Hyperice handheld massager for 3-4 years. The app is awesome being able to customise a routine which offers things like warm ups or improved sleep etc. I feel like I could do leg days most of the week and pop these on afterwards to ensure legs are fresh the next day. Great video 🤙🏽

    The app now has added functionality with the 3.0s you can turn each chamber on and on, and you can adjust individual chambers to have more or less press based on your needs. It sounds like through the app you essentially get what the pro 2.0 offers with slightly more functionality to the base unit, but 3 less pressure levels. All an all as a former 2.0 user I’m really enjoying the added functionality. I’ve found the it helps elevate strained areas more quickly.

    Once the boots inflate the first time, how fast do the fill cycles then take? Compared to Therabody for example who advertise quick fill.

      @@BestMassageTech Does the Pro version allow multiple attachments to be used at the same time? I used this device Monday at one of those therapy centers (Restore Hyper Wellness) and was able to have the arms and legs going at the same time. It was a Normatec 2.0. So I'm curious which model/ version allows multiple attachments at the same time.

      Therabody Prime Boots because they do everything you need and are a better build quality than the normatec. I don’t like the jet boots. Over priced for limited capabilities.

    • @BestMassageTech

      These but actually would choose prime over both. Not a huge fan of the jetboots in general for the price point. Boost zone is a plus over the 60 sec cycle if a stronger squeeze is your priority.

    The older versions are better. 3.0 is garbage as it has poor Bluetooth connection. Hyperice went cheap on this version.
