How Good Is It? with the problem of getting oxy acetylene gas welding bottles, these are a great compromise for amateur hobby use. also see my other videos where i weld with propane instead of acetylene.
WHICH KIT? FREE OXYGEN FOR GAS WELDING. Medical Oxygen machine supplies free oxygen. MAPP GAS PROPANE ACETYLEN OXYGEN.
Weld with Propane and Oxygen, rather than oxy acetylene. Propane gas is easy to get hold of and burns really hot, it is a very similar gas to acetylene.
You can usually find a used set of gas welding gear from around £30 to get you started.
Propane is available at most fuel stations or hardware stores.
The mini gas welding bottles are a cheap and convenient alternative.

Rather than PTFE tape Loctite produce a 567 or 577 sealant, far easier to employ which does not set.

looks like a rip off of a Smiths little torch. the best thing about using an oxygen concentrators is they do not enrich the oxygen concentration of the room. if anything they reduce the oxygen in the room by burning it faster in the flame.
Had a real smiths little torch for years with a concentrator works great, i wonder if the rip offs work as well. for the largest flame a rose bud tip is great if you can keep the oxygen flow rate up.

Oxygen leaks do matter. Things that normally do not burn very well or easily will burn vigorously in an oxygen-rich environment.

Having a gas can sat on the bench whilst you use that torch isn't a good idea surely?
