How to Sleep in a Tesla | Tesla Bed and Camping Hacks

How to setup the Tesla mattress and hacks you need for Tesla camping! We give you our tips for the perfect setting of the Tesla camp mode.
Our mattress is from TESCAMP, and we have put it through its paces (no ad)
And on our big Tesla road trip, we found out lots of hacks about Tesla camping.
I'm 1.90 m tall and yes, the length of the Tesla's surface is even longer.
The shape of the Tescamp mattress is specially designed for the Tesla Y. A sheet is also included.
The mattress consists of memory foam and as soon as you loosen the straps, it inflates….
The Tesla mattress consists of three elements and is easy to assemble.
And its shape ensures that you can use the full width of the Tesla.
How comfortable is the Tescamp mattress now?
The Tesla Y mattress isn't particularly thick, but we still find it very comfortable!
We've slept in the Tesla quite often and we've always had a good night's sleep.
And the Teslas also seem to be intended for camping. Why else would there be a camp mode.
And here we have found a setting that is particularly quiet and does not cost much range.

Thanks for your information! I'm just investigating about a car where we both can just sleep in (I was thinking about a VW T6 California or a Mercedes Marco Polo). We don't want a big camper van because (normally) with this you can only stay over night on a camping site. With a normal car you can stay over night on beautiful places, a big benefit - as you pointed out in your video. I'm driving an elder Model S, so the car is already here 😀

I did test this bed two day ago. Its very good for 1 people. But not very good for 2. The place its too small

Congratulations, enjoy! The mattress we have is practical because you can prepare part of the bed and then quickly set up the rest just before you go to sleep.

I'm curious how you handle moving around your luggage from the trunk. Ok, the frunk is quite big, but there might be already other things which you have with you all the time (among charging cable). You might put it on the front seats. And there is some space in the lower level of the trunk ...

The Tesla Y offers a surprising amount of storage space, but of course space is limited. One of our philosophies is to live and travel in a minimalist way.
This is a question that interests many and in a future video we will show how we use the space and how we store our equiptment and luggage.
