Modernization is the way to ruin a city. I expect to find old, rickety, characterful, fun, violently-accelerating, shaky & noisy lifts when I visit skyscrapers, not this smooth crap

Don't modernise. Lifts are never built in the same way that they used to.

very bad company for elevator service - stay away and check for other options. we stayed 3 days without single working elevator during holidays 😡😡😡
