From mud guards is a good idea. I have them and I made carbon fiber gaurds where the dirts and rocks go through under the gap of body and chassis plate

I made some custom mud flaps and mud guards, definitely key to keeping it cleaner! I posted a video this weekend on what I created for it.

Deffo gotta hold those wheel nuts down. When they worked loose ruined the hex threads. I double nut them and loctite then check before every run. All good.

Yeah, they have been holding steady since using loctite. Almost due for new a new body and new tires already and no tire runaways since using loctite.

You can pretty easily DIY screening for the fan that keeps the grass etc. out, but if you haven't already, you should put the receiver in something, it likes to fill up with dirt and gravel too.

Yeah, I screened it quite awhile back and it’s been great. I haven’t messed with the receiver yet though!

Fast as hell, but has a chasis flaw after a few jumps.

You talking about the flexibility of the rear end? Seems a bit flexible at the moment, may brace it eventually but hasn’t bothered me too much yet. Wheels seem to grind the body with our without the braces.

@@DustinsAdventure Yeah, she is a beast! I braced mine with steel plates. I tried aluminum but it bent. Still love the car though.
