YES! - My SBR 2 came in the post yesterday! Still in the process of stripping it and rebuilding it to fix some of the poor assembly issues... Also making a brace to reduce the rear body/cage flex. Awesome vid mate, got me hyped to get mine out ASAP!
Got mine too.. what issues are you fixing exactly? Other than the rear brace
@@Nenortiz My front right wheel/hub needed shimming as it was wobbling so bad I thought they had forgotten to fit bearings in the hub. I'm also suspicious about the the diffs feeling very free, as if there is barely any or no grease/oil in them at all (as has been reported by other users too). Other than that, just adding loctite on metal to metal screws and tidying the cables a little neater - Its a great looking little TT :)

after you are done with one of your other projects you should do one where you make an rc car from scratch. i know it sounds wierd but i think it might be fun where you make your own chassi, make your own supention arms etc
His 200 mile an hour is already a project that he made from scratch.

After 30 years of being out of the hobby I'm financially stable enough to go at it like I want to. From what I've seen in this video this is exactly what I want. A cross between a buggy and a truck that is insanely fast. Plus it just held up to Kevin's bashing.
Assembly is part of the fun.(Tamiya/ T.A. RC10 nostalgia) I'm going to have to do some research but I hope Losi sells these as a kit.
I’ve always loved Losi but Kevin always finds a way to make it ultra funny and entertaining
Pretty bad the stickers are peeling off out of the box.
It doesn't seem to be worth the price. From what I've seen from some reviews, (stickers etc)

I got the Super baja rey back in March of 2019 and I could not decide between the the SBR or the UDR so I bought both and the SBR quickly became my most favorite RC and funny story I had it for like 6 months and I was fairly satisfied with the power and speed and one day me and the wife was out walking and I was just cruzzing the SBR Then I noticed a little switch on top of the remote that had a 50% 70% and a 100% on it and the switch was in the 50% position so I flipped to 100%AND DAM!!!!! That beast came alive ! So I now must get the 2.0!!!!

Which one would I choose? All three of them. Nothing beats the UDR as far as scale goes. The Mojave proved to be super tough at the Paddlesworth mega ramp and the SBR was already a great car in Version 1. There is one more car that deserves to be on that list though, the Losi 5T or 30° North DTT. Great video Kev.

What a beast 💪 👊 I love my Big Rigs so it's right up my street. However after just buying the Mojave EXB & with Christmas round the corner I will have to sit on my hands. Shame about the decals, yours ain't the only one Kev, most I've seen are same, must have a blind man doing decals @ Losi hq. EPIC RC though 👌 😍
Great Vid' .... I think you will find the that the frame within the body flexes and the rear tyres will rub the shell. So, it's good your going to reinforce the shell The rear digs into the ground when you accelerate hard. The problem is the frame within the body. Earl Moorhead has a simple, elegant and effective fix on his channel. Keep up the good work :)

Kev I did the math for your 200mph rc car project. I will rerun the numbers to double check my work but what I discovered is you need between 4 and 5 horsepower to reach your goal.
After watching the video , I want one , but I'm holding out for the new losi lmt , gravedigger , I'm selling stuff to get the losi gravedigger , cancer treatments are exspeive , so I'm thinning the heard 🤣😂😁😀

I was a traxxas fan of untill I realized other brands are just as good. Glad you are showing the other brands Kev. The top rc cars in my opinion are the 6s kraton EXB, the Losi Super Baja Rey, and the xmaxx. I like the e revo too but its not as durable as the EXB kraton I dont care about the other traxxas cars other than xmaxx and e revo.

The UDR, LOSI, and Slash's body shells look almost the same, Am I right. Just the diference is that the LOSI is petrol powered

The sticker placement being off is unacceptable for how much that thing costs. You aren’t the only one that experienced that
If that and the rear end being a little flexible is the only issues I’d say they did a damn good job

So I’ve learned that a cheap King 1600kv with a Max 5 and 19/50 gearing ran on 6s is at least if not better than an stock traxxas 8s setup. That’s awesome! Do a build and bash video on that haha I’d tune in

That is one mean truck! I kind of want to see a metal cage on it with stiffer springs, that'd probably not be great for jumps and crashes though. More weight, and less flex

Please do a review on the hsp brushless brontosourus (sometimes also called the bug crusher) i just bought one and its great. It has lots of spares available, it is insanely fast, durable AND DIRT CHEAP! i really think its worth a review, it is highly underrated and deserves more credit
Isn't it an option to create a couple of cable adapters?
A very short cable with the standard connectors on one side and the ones you use on the other. That way you never have to do any soldering again :P
I suggest anyone who wants to see more of this beast goes and watches RC Sparks' numerous videos on it. He's a badass dude.

I love the fact that you finally handed over your controller to Stemp , as he was trying so hard to get his Big Rock Up and running again just so he could mix it up with all you and have some fun but obviously not much luck with it , but when you handed over your remote the smile on his face said it all ! That’s one thing I definitely like about Stemp is that if he breaks a unit he’ll try everything in his power to get it up and running again and all with a big smile on his face !! Lol Kev from now on when Stemp goes out with you , you should be a mate and make sure to bring along a few spare parts for whatever unit he brings along on that outing, lol let him stress out a bit first and let him try to rig something up and then if he can’t get it going then be the mate you are and pull out a spare part or two !! Stay and Play Safe !! 👊👍✌️
