For any one having doubt in valency factor of H2O2 , First of all , calculation of Valency Factor of H2O2 in different reaction is not same (A) In disproportionation reaction , the complete balanced equation for the disproportionation reaction is 2 H2O2 ---> 2 H2O + O2 , in this rxn some source says n factor is 1 [by formula (n1.n2)/(n1+n2) ]and some sources says it is contradictory. (B) H2O2 acting as an oxidizing agent in an acidic solution. the balanced half-reaction 2H+ + H2O2 ----> 2 H2O , here we can calculate n factor = 2×(1) = 2 (C) H2O2 acting as a reducing agent . the balanced half-reaction 2 H2O2---> O2 +2e + 2H+ , n factor = 2×(1) =2 Forgive me if i have done any mistake
for the formula to find degree of hardness of water why do we equate gram equivalents? reactions are not redox, they are double displacement reactions, then what's the point?
Sir, valency factor for disproportionation reaction is n1 × n2 /(n1+n2) For H2O2, V.f. = 2×2/(2+2) =1 ????????????? You have taken it to ne 2. Why ????????
Sir, there is no digital book for physics and chemistry in our app.How to get them. It is very necessary for me. Pls tell sir. Iam a dropper. Also iam from South india
We are calculating no of moles.. And it's formula will also be NO. OF MOLES=Mass of a substance/molar mass.. As it is in 100 ml we should be taking it into 10*6 soo we have converted it into 10*6 then u get given wt=12(10*-5)/molar mass=120and convert into 10*6=10*6/10*2..u get no of moles.. Hope it helps u😇

Bhai woh disproportionatin rex ke liye formula tha aur yaha hum sirf H2O2 ka simple redox rex karwa rhe h pehle OA ke sath aur baad me RA ke sath issliye 1 vf na lekar sir ne 2 vf liya h

Sir. You. Are. Teaching. Well. As. Compan. . Any other.
Bro why do you type like that everywhere
Great explanation ❤️❤️🙏
Great explanation
Sir at stp formula of moles is volume in litre / 22.7
Sir at 13:00 can we also write no. Of geq of na2co3=no. Of geq of mgcl2 + no. Of geq of mgso4 ??
I also thought same....
Yes u can

Law of chemical equivalence

Why ????????
H202 have both valecny if it is used as oxidizing or reducing agent 2 is used
h2o2 ki valecy hamesha 2 hi rehti

Awesome video sir
Sir different types of titration like iodometric, double titration kaun se chapter ke andaar hoga???
redox rxn hi hai voh sab
Sir m moles of Na2SO4 nikalne k liye kya meq. Of CaCO 3 = m eq . Of Na2 SO 4 kar sakte hai
Thanks 😅
Welcome
Thank you sir
Thanks a lott
Lecture 14
#52 thank you
13:00 Sir since Washing soda will be added to hard water wouldn't Mg(OH)2 precipitate instead of MgCO3
Mg(OH)2 is formed when Magnesium bicarbonate is boiled. The present reaction is simply a redox reaction in aqueous medium.
NCERT padho acche se ye permanent hardness waala hai tum temporary waala bol rahe ho
@@kakqrot sir ne bola tha pichle lec m
This was very easy chapter 🙂
Not actually, sir made it easy 😢 until today i literally byhearted steps and wrote exam.
infact, my teacher made me byheart steps 😢
Can someone explain how sir did no. of g eq of reactant = product without valency factor at 13:00

6:25 why multiplied by 10³. It should be multiplied by 10-³ for 1 liter🙄
1m^ 3 = 1000 l
They converted milligram to gram first
aree someone tell me! at 25:43 sir said v= what? and then he took volume is 5.6. which volume is which volume?
I'm first
I have refreshed
Anyone plz sir ka telegram page ka link dedo
sir please upload new lectures of p block
Hua kya selection
✅✅
Sir please teach on white board . It will be more interesting.
❤️
kya chlra bhai
Sir ppm ka question nhi samaj aata plz koi separate video na ppm ke liye plz sir I m dropper
PLS P BLOCK UPLOAD KIJIYE
Sir, valency factor for disproportionation reaction is n1 × n2 /(n1+n2)
For H2O2,
V.f. = 2×2/(2+2)
=1 ?????????????
You have taken it to ne 2.
Why ????????
becoz to atoms of O are present so multiplied by 2

Why ????????
and who told you that h2o2 is disproportionating?
o2 and h2o are in DIFFERENT mediums (acidic and basic respectively), so yeah

Why ????????
if u take it in H2O2 ---> H2O + O2 then its debatable. but i think in acidic or basic medium it must be 2.
not completely sure
Per atom is 1 and there are 2 hydrogen atoms
