The Cayenne on the other hand is much more bespoke and has the reliability, craftsmanship and a brand dedicated to building solely fun cars. A quality BMW’s simply don’t have. Thus Porsche was the second most reliable car company after Lexus last year on JD Power.

BMW X5 will depreciate a lot more than the Porsche though. If you option your Cayenne carefully, then you scratch out the options you don't really need. Also, you can get the heads-up display in the Porsche as an option. What I don't like is the powertrain in the Porsche Cayenne S, which is an Audi RS4/RS5 engine and is not as good as the BMW's powertrain. Porsche is dated.
X5 ❤❤❤
Merc gle vs BMW X5 in detail
I test drove the Cayanne and X5. Cayenne is overpriced and way behind the X5 in every category. Every time I would bring up something the Cayanne didn’t have compared to the competition, the salesperson responded with, “its a Porsche” like is some kind of special cult. Who gives a F? It’s a shitty car.
and before i watch the video, i would choose the BMW x5 over any SUV in this segment
BMW X5 had always been the most solid, all-around SUV in its class. Handling, Efficiency, Luxury, Space, Usability, Sporty Executive interior.
I choose RELIABILITY!!
Which is what? Honda?
You guys both say Porsche wrong! Really guys!
You beat me to it, as I just watched this video now. Why can so many auto journalists not get the Porsche pronunciation right? Drives me nuts.
I'll take the Porsche over a BMW everyday all day! Don't care about a few extra hp!
David Plon I guess you don’t care about looks, tech, speed, fuel economy, price, reliability yes the bmw is more reliable then Porsche look it up if you don’t believe
Porsche Factory Better Than Always Bmw
BMW for sure, Porsche need to update their styling, it’s getting old.
Only BMW X5!
X5 😁👍
Porsche > Mercedes > bmw > Audi
The x5m is faster than a porsche
am from India .U can buy 2 BMW X5 in price of Porche Caynne ..its totally worth it ..😂
Compare range rover sport with those 2 pleasee
That's a good idea!
I’d choose the Porsche because it’s REALLY good looking but because it’s incredibly overpriced and the BMW X5 has better options and standard equipment I’d choose the Beamer, it looks really nice too anyways
Porsche!!!
Porsche SUV is hideous..
Bmw X5 100000000%
Good job boys
The x5m is faster
any SUV that is not v8 trash..I dont care how many turbos u put ok v6
Porsche forever
x5m is best bsuv
BMW dose not cost less
Fuel economy 😂
X5 is made America. Might as well buy Ford.
dumb!
What was that old fart on about? He lacked any objectivity whatsoever. The only thing the Porsche had over the BMW was the "sportier" handling - which most times means less comfort - and yet in his eyes it was the better car! Even if Porsche was the same price as BMW, I personally would would rather take BMW - or literally any other SUV - if nothing else, then because the Porsche is so damn ugly, and looks like the first generation car from '99.
