Whats concerning is the trend companies like Specialized is setting with these way overpriced toys, it is certainly not doing anybody any favours. We aren’t talking hyper cars here this is motorised bicycle people. They’re not gonna appreciate in value.
In 2 years time the tech is gonna be so much better these things will look like 2019 Levo does now!
Online market places are full of those things with sellers dreaming of recouping something near the purchase price.
Just purchased my mates outa warrantee 2019 Carbon Levo Expert for $9k had it a week, a motor a Bolt fell out and I cracked the mount. Specialized replaced it with a brand new $3k motor. So I turned around and bought new $9k one for the misses, loved it so much within 2 weeks sold my expert it to my brother for what I paid for it. So I immediately stepped up to latest levo pro for $20k. Same old story is true you get what you pay for. Frankly if you could you would. And ... I did. Like any think for the best in life you have to pay for it - end of atory
I know I wouldn't be able to ride that bike like him going up that steep incline lol. It definitely seems awesome for AK amputees. Hopefully I can get the setup soon

I can't believe these new prices I bought my 20 levo expert carbon for 8300 then they upped the price of the 21 levo expert to 10500. With the only difference being a grip 2 damper. Makes me cringe very disappointed by these unrealistic prices. I'm going to wait for the decoy to get the ep8.
Specialized has just priced the Levo out of my price range. It is beautifulI but beyond what I would pay for an e-bike.

My Levo went in for the free service after 4 weeks and the same bike now costs $800 more than a month ago. August 2021 at time of comment.

Just a dropped $30k NZD on 2 levo’s a Pro & Comp this month. Best investment ever. The Apple and Samsung of eBikes Period.

Love it and bought it but i strongly dislike you guys did not put thr TCU2 display on all 2022 - at €7250 the comp isnt cheap. Dont copy the nasty stuff from apple

While I can't help much with price, battery size is just one of the things that make a great ebike! The Levo is the best package that we can put together at the best price we can offer given the amount of R&D that we've put in. Good luck on your search.

Fckng crazy bike world.....I've been riding since more than 20 years and this industry and customers are turning mad it looks.....bikes as Car pricing sounds weird
50 lbs with carbon wheels and fact 11 frame - Nice Haibike. What is that an Xduro79.3? Come on Specialized, if you needed to throw 6 lbs at the motor because the belt was a bad design just throw a gear in there.
Priced itself out of the market. So sad.
