You complicate the crap out of this just open it and go down to the bottom and change the number and then save it. You don't need to go through all those steps or get any software. 10 means 10 riders at once and it goes all the way to 20 but it just digs super deep ruts you can't hit again.
Just go in open it with the regular notepad from windows and change the numbers anywhere from 1-20 but honestly anything over 2 is to much. When you save it make sure you change the 2nd field to all files it will ask if you wanna replace and just click yes and then start the game and your good to go.

Did you get it figured out bro? I had a similar wonky controller problem, it worked after I went into steam controller configurations and played around with it. Hope it helps
Playing a vid game is no where near actually riding. Bummer that you kids can't afford your own bikes anymore. I started buying my own in 76 making $1.00/hr part time. I would have to say, the opportunity that we used to have, got stolen from us.

@@skechermanthmx9271 yes there is a button to reset the track. Press “return to put” and there should be a reset buttom
