Hi Val, thank you for this informative video. So I have a bachelors and a master's degree and thinking to go to Spain for a second bachelors via the "acceso a titulados" route. However, i was wondering if for the homologacion I should be submitting credentials for my highest degree (master's) or the bachelors; since I want to get a second bachelors. The university's website does not go into detail about this and I have tried reaching out to the schools I want to apply to, but they are not particularly good at answering emails (or phone). I was wondering if you have any knowledge about the above. Thank you in advance for any guidance!

There is not racism at the university. As an Spaniard, the cost of public universities depends on your evaluation. If you are a very good student can be free. If you are a bad student you have to pay. At the public universities the bad students are punished by paying the "matrícula".
My first Two years at the university were really good and I was awarded by free "matrícula" or tuition. However, at the third year my marks were not good and I was punished paying 2000€ of tuition. I have Friends that they Even decided not to pay and give Up university. I stayed and achieve to recover the subjects that failed. And little by little the tuition was reduced.
