My group went nuts for the just basic pillars. My wife saw me watching this video and her jaw was on the floor. Safe to say when I bust out my new Dwarven Set they're going to flip! The hard part is going to be figuring out how to make these with the hexagon pattern flooring. Oh well, that's my problem to solve.
Your dwarf-themed videos have warmed the cockles of my stunty-loving heart. I'm in love with these stair sections, so much swash can be buckled on these.
Thanks for the video! Your stairs are the largest and most decorative. Great addition to the features! I especially like that you give so many extra tips like roughing up the printed side of cereal box (printed) card stock. Little things like that add greatly to the utility of your crafting tutorials. Excellent!
i love the dwarven theme! its really fun to get a series of videos all dedicated to a specific style. perhaps you could do some other themes in the future?
These are great! I would probably remove the bottom part of the vertical stair so that if I have a base that is larger than 1 inch it could slide under into the stair a bit to secure it from falling.
I love your stuff. making terrain really gets me through bad days and I started watching you as the covid lock down. I think maybe a roads thing would be cool. Like destroyed roads, cobble roads, publick squar. But i have really been enjoying this dwarf stuff too.
I a.ways wonder, how much prototyping and design work does it take before a particular thing is video ready? I’m amazed by the results, and am genuinely curious as to your process. Great stuff as always!
I have some ideas, but generally speaking, I prefer to use/buy/collect/paint regular mini's rather than making them myself (that's another part of 'the hobby' that I enjoy).
Great video, the process looks easy and quick. One hint though: you should do the cutting on the cutting mat, that's wat it is made for. It will heal itself.

Here's hoping it goes well when you get them to the table :) :) :)
Who doesn't need modular stairs?! Great for verticality games!!! Thanks Kris!
No problem.
This dwarven theme looks awesome!!! Thank you again for another great video, master!
:) no probs.
I had to add... this could be a Dwarven bridge too!!!
Over lava.
Keep up the great work Kris. Your art style is fantastic and I can't wait to see what other architecture you will make next.
Will do!
I love Crooked Staff Terrain videos!
Glad to hear it :) :) :)

Glad you like 'em (there's more on the way :) ).
Always great to have some Dwarven stuff
More bits and pieces are on the way :)
As always fantastic! I realized I've been watching since the beginning. You're almost to 100!
Yeah... I think I should get to 100 early next year if I keep at it :)

Superb video, super texture sheets, as always. Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks (and no problem :) ).
Always great to see another video.
You keep impressing us, my man. Congratz!
Thanks.
Suddenly, worldwide phenomenon - All RPG adventures this week are taking place in Dwarven strongholds :D I love your work.
One or two perhaps :)
great work
Thanks :)
Great work! Thanks from Brazil!
Sem problemas :)
I really thought you had made rectangular slabs for each stair. The 3-d look had me fooled. Thank you for another great video.
No problem!

It's definitely possible... it just depends where my gaming takes me :)
@@CrookedStaffTerrain very fair! looking forward to seeing whatever it is that you end up creating! you do great work
Looks great, Kris.

Stairs look great! Can't wait to add some to my dungeons.

Really great serie !

Another excellent video/terrain.
Thanks :)

Yeah... that should work nicely.
wooooo! another upload

Another great video! Greetings from Brazil!
Thanks (hello from the UK).

I think maybe a roads thing would be cool. Like destroyed roads, cobble roads, publick squar. But i have really been enjoying this dwarf stuff too.
Glad to hear that it helps (even if only in a small way).
Thank you!
No problem :)
Amazing stuff once again! Love this theme
Thanks!
Great for some diggy hole action. For next time maybe a wombocombo dwarven minecart highway. Did i mention i like the dwarfstuff already?
Glad to hear you're enjoying the dwarven terrain :)
I love these vids
Thanks (I think... I don't know what 'viss' means I'm afraid 😊)
@@CrookedStaffTerrain fixed "vids" I meant
@@Nosh5 ahhh... that makes sense now 🙂 (I thought it might have been something the cool kids say nowadays 😅).
Sir, you're becoming quite excellent at this. Cudos to you.
Unfortunately printers are my arch-enemies 😊
Printers do seem to have a mind of their own at times :)
Thanks again
:) no probs.
YES!!

There's a very brief explanation of the design process here: th-cam.com/users/shorts7yf1FvO42e8?feature=share
I AM A DWARF AND I'M DIGGING A HOLE
What is the texture you used for the walls in the final glamour shot of your dwarven enounter ??... these steps are really great by the way...
They're from the 'ruins' episode/pdf.
could you make some sort of dwarven houses or something like that
At the moment I'm concentrating on making a Moria-like environment (as least for now anyway :) ).
More Please
I d like 2 c , n believe we ll see it in da future, minis made CST style. like in d episode 12 Bones & Statues

I do. I just do a lot of the repetitive stuff off camera beforehand - to speed up the filming process :)

Dwarves > *
Dwarves are greater than asterisk? (I feel like I missing something 😅)
@@CrookedStaffTerrain apologies, development reference. I essentially means Dwarves greater than all things.
i love ur videos but some times i can undestand u i from Brasil and love ur chanel pleas put português subititles some times i cant undestand
I don't know how accurate they are - but the subtitles should be automatically generated.
