🙏 we will be chatting about this next vlog, but we know each other that much that we often make fairly big decisions on our own (we both have confidence in each other / know what is acceptable to the other and what isn’t) ….. for example I would never buy the land for our forever home on my own …. This place is more of a work transaction for us!

Edd is an experienced builder and could be like a father figure for Dan. The likes of Edd, Dan, Philip, Billy and Amaury - all these wonderful craftsmen - is what I enjoy most watching these chateau projects. And the women behind them strong in their own right yet supportive.

Looks like an excellent project. Once you pull out the rot it will start to look great. If you flip or convert into a long-term rental, it will payoff with a big return and you'll make the city and the new tenant or owner very happy with your good workmanship.

Ripped down walls, built new ones All new electrics plumbing, put log burners in. Windows,2 Kitchens, bathrooms, and finally lanscaped. Whilst like you working at the same time. As we are both from Stockport, there must be something in the water there, as I think we both are a little bit crazy. But hats off to you, Ed your crazy beats my crazy. hands down. Knowing how you work though Ed, all your followers know you've got this! But as I said in my last vlog, look after your back this time. I didn't and I am paying for it now.😂

With Ed and Anna at the helm, it will only increase the value of the area in the town itself. I can see them breathing new life and activity to the area and increasing jobs for many people. I'm gobsmacked at what you've done with the Chateau and I've only just found your channel two days ago and binged watched every single video. Now, I'm joining you on this new adventure. We bought a run down barn in Normandie and did everything from the septic tank to a new roof. Ripped down walls, built new ones All new electrics plumbing, put log burners in. Windows,2 Kitchens, bathrooms, and finally lanscaped. Whilst like you working at the same time.
As we are both from Stockport, there must be something in the water there, as I think we both are a little bit crazy.
But hats off to you, Ed your crazy beats my crazy. hands down. Knowing how you work though Ed, all your followers know you've got this!

This is going to be great! Perfect size for renovation project, and Edd has the local knowledge ,skills, and incredible work ethic to do this right. Anna will be there to be sure it’s comfortable and beautiful for the family.
Wow, all the way through I kept thinking Anna’s going to wake up in a cold sweat with Ed by her side fast asleep and Anna looking towards the camera saying, boy I’ve just had a horrific nightmare!.
I can’t wait to see how they turn this around.
