And where is the sealing strip or silicone sealer between the rim of the sink and the worktop? Any water splashed around the sink will find its way under the sink into the edge of the worktop with consequent swelling or down into the cupboard below where it will be permanently wet.

I can hear the masking tape being pulled but can't hear the commentary. Can you overdub the commentary please? also, I agree with Tony below - this isn't a realistic example, as there are no cupboards underneath.
Why not use a darker colour top so we can actually see what you're doing when applying masking tape, and SPEAK UP so we can freaking hear what you are saying! for a company like Frankie to produce such an amateur video is pathetic to say the least!
