You've already nailed the consistency and clearly have videos editing skills and are very presentable so branding is all your missing to take you to the next stage. Please consider it and good luck to you!

You upload videos, with quality ideas, neat editing, catchy thumbnails and that also in a consistent frequency, but once you are UNLUCKY, you stay UNLUCKY forever! My goal when I started, which is still is, is to hit 10,000 subscribers with no time limit. We just gotta keep grinding

Having a goal is great in my opnion, it gives you something to work towards. But what I think is even more crucial when doing TH-cam is to know your niche. What is your target audience. This could be gaming, art, journaling etc. Having variety is okay but even still you have to narrow it down. Covering too many things confuses your viewers on what your channel is about.
