The material combination and transition is exquisite. Loved the toned down, low-key color palette. The sunken seating surrounded by water body, the cozy garage, the retention of palm tree at the pool and the bold double heighted jhula in the living area are some of the most beautiful and well thought buildup of this project. Arguably one of the best (subjectively) residential project so far uploaded by buildofy.

House should be as a house... at least family members should be able to see their face... Though this family is joint family, technically divided to nuclear.. more than a house, its like a resort. One cannot stay in resort for lifetime..

When you have limited space and budget, unique materials, new construction techniques that is when the project becomes interesting for viewers. Design Seed (Malaysian); Local Project (Australian), these guys are doing outstanding job showcasing unique, sustainable and creative homes.

We believe in display of wealth when the people at the position can make a statement by using local materials, sustainable housing. But those type of houses are very few, like rammed earth house in Surat, the house that rains light etc. You are merely the medium you cant create content from thin air. Indian homes should become better.

you have a point but to build a luxurious home you need to keep in mind that the area you leave out also needs to fit in.. so that's a challenge
