The material combination and transition is exquisite. Loved the toned down, low-key color palette. The sunken seating surrounded by water body, the cozy garage, the retention of palm tree at the pool and the bold double heighted jhula in the living area are some of the most beautiful and well thought buildup of this project. Arguably one of the best (subjectively) residential project so far uploaded by buildofy.

Material use in house is not that expensive but land is very expensive in Koregaon park.

When you have space and money at hand your creativity can be as expansive as possible. Offlate all the architectural videos have been a vulgar display of wealth. When you have limited space and budget, unique materials, new construction techniques that is when the project becomes interesting for viewers. We believe in display of wealth when the people at the position can make a statement by using local materials, sustainable housing. But those type of houses are very few, like rammed earth house in Surat, the house that rains light etc. You are merely the medium you cant create content from thin air.
