The Folded House, located in a prime residential area, is designed with spaces nestled within the folds of a concrete mass. The private and public spaces of the home respond to the site in different ways, unfolding to the outdoors, within the constraints of each fold.
Natural wood and marble finishes complement the raw, exposed concrete expressed all across the house. A dash of colors is added to the private spaces to break the monotony of the white and grey.
Principal Architect Dipen Gada walks us through this beautiful house that unfolds to the surroundings, ensuring maximum openness and ventilation.

Loved the kitchen and the island! The small glass circle windows on the stairs is an amazing idea. Loved them and they add a lot of light to that area. Many times stairs areas are really gloomy! The master bedroom is really fit for a MASTER! :)

If you can buy a land of this size in good area then definitely its not hard to manage construction cost
And interior cost can be 60-80 lakhs to even 5-6 crores or even beyond 10 crores depends on meterials you choose
