Yoo Villas by Panchshil Realty in Wagholi, Pune is one of the most luxurious villa projects in Pune. This video is a home tour of 5.5 BHK V2 variant of Yoo Villas. This project near Kharadi is just 7 minutes from the World Trade Center. The project houses an 8 acre Central Park along with a massive 65,000 square feet clubhouse with all indoor as well as outdoor sports.
Priced at ₹24 Crore, this vintage themed villa has a plot size of 13,200 square feet and the carpet area is 9,300 square feet. It really amuses me how expensive real state is in India? Pune is a tier 2 city. This area is a 4th grade area in a tier 2 city. And the plot size is so small. The rate is 24 cr which is $3 million. I can get a much better house with a huge gigantic backyard and swimming pool at the same rate in California lol! It really saddens me that I'm stuck in this stupid country called India
