    Good evening my drone brother and friend. Thanks for sharing. Great flight and video buddy. I am soo sorry I haven’r been on your channel in such a while Sir. I do apologize about that, but rest assured I am still subbed to your channel and still here supporting you. Have a great Sunday. Thanks for all you do and please keep flying.

      Yes very odd, I've seen a low light warning before but this looked 'terminal' like a fault with my drone!
      It came on just as I was over the bridge, it was very dull, so it could have been the change in light or contrast that threw up a spurious error!
      So I did a good old fashioned 'reboot', or the age old standard helpline desk response, 'have you tried turning it off and back on again?'🤔😳😁
      Luckily it didn't return phew!! 👍😎

    Mine came up with a vision sensor error. I noticed when in sports mode, or poor lighting. The error appears, normal mode it goes.... Question what microphone are you using mate?

    • @pdtech4524

      I think it was low light related or a spurious error?
      The audio is recorded off my Samsung Galaxy s21 using built in mic via Mobizen screen record app.👍

    this happens to me too. but most of the time it keeps coming back. and sometimes before the flight as soon as i turn it on. how did you fix it? does it come back again?

    • @pdtech4524

      No mine didn't come back on after rebooting it, must have been a spurious error.
      Try gently cleaning the 2 sensors underneath, might be obscured by dirt or dust?

  • @DroneViewsMedia

    I had that error a few times with both the Mavic Mini and the Mini 2, I think it's just a glitch they haven't fixed in ages

      Good to know, in over 2 years of flying it and 100s of flights I've never had that error pop up!

      Did you check the 2 sensors underneath for any debris or dirt blocking the sensors?
      Mine was just a spurious error, after rebooting it was fine.
      You should still be able to fly but it will only be stabilised by the GPS.
      I was able to carry on flying mine, just keep in mind the optical flow sensor will not stabilise the drone and it won't detect the ground below to land etc
      So you may have to hand catch it.

    stopped flying for a while and just powered up my Mavic Pro 2 and it says my rear left and right vision cameras are not working and that it's a equipment malfunction code (c0). I have barely flown it (embarassed to say) and upgraded the firmware just before flying. Pretty sure the firmware busted my sensors. Looks like there's a zillion directions online on how to fix/troubleshoot..let the games begin

    • @pdtech4524
      @pdtech4524  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Luckily mine was just a spurious glitch that has never repeated itself and was cleared by a reboot.
      It did fly fine though with the error but I guess the downward sensors were not functioning correctly.
      I'm not sure what caused it, in the video I noticed it happened just as I crossed the viaduct, maybe that difference in ground elevation or the iron work maybe glitches the sensors to throw up an error!
      I've flown over it many times and it's never happened before.
      Hope you get yours sorted, it's odd how it occurred just after a firmware update, maybe you could 'roll back' to the old firmware or try to renew the existing firmware via DJI Assistant 2 software through your PC.
      That's usually good at sorting firmware related issues.
      I try to at least power up my drones that are laid up for whatever reason, usually weather or winter time or just because I'm using other drones.
      Leaving them idle for long periods maybe isn't so good for them, certainly not their batteries anyway.

      @@pdtech4524 thank you I’m looking into calibrating via DJI Asst 2 and I’ll see if that works versus some kind of factory reset. The batteries were properly stored for long term storage and they work great. The flight went well but I did notice it was listing lazily to the left haha

    • @pdtech4524
      @pdtech4524  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Just a simple reboot, the old turn it off and back on again worked for me! 😊
      Must have been a sensor glitch or maybe the lighting was poor, it occurred just as I flew over the bridge, which is wrought iron, possibly could have interfered with the electronics but I have flown over it many times without issue?

      @@pdtech4524 did the error come back since? I just got this error on my mini 2 yesterday and same thing a reboot cleared it but still has me wondering if something is going to start to go bad slowly

    • @pdtech4524
      @pdtech4524  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Lithium023 Seems to be a fairly common thing reading through forum comments about it.
      That was the first time I ever saw the error on my Mavic Mini and I've had it since the day it came out.
      Could be just a spurious glitch, like you get an engine light come on a car then it goes off etc or a computer bug and it freezes etc
      I'd say if a reboot cleared it then the error has gone, fly with caution for the first few flights and see how it goes, if it persists contact DJI.
      I should add, while I had the error, it was flying perfectly fine, no issues or loss of stability but I guess the downward sensors would not be functioning, so land with caution.

      @Lithium023 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@pdtech4524 ya mine was flying perfectly fine while the error was on aswell. I will just keep an eye on it and hope it was a glitch or wierd anomaly. If not I still have a year and a half on my dji care refresh so I should be good to go if it comes back for good.

      @@afaqburkii Mine over heated one time in +32c heatwave, I left my drone in the sun powered up, while I checked setting in the fly app, hot an over heating warning error but I launched and the air moving over the drone cooled it down the error went away.
      First is it hot where you are?
      Leaving it powered up for extended periods will cause heat to.build up.
      I might be tempted to open up the drone and check the heat sink is still present over the chip and electronics it's meant to cool, it may have come off?.
