I run a limo service and I am looking into making it possible for my customers to book reservations online. I already use Google workspaces for my email and domain. What would you recommend I do?
I would go with either Wix or Squarespace. They have native scheduling services that are well integrated and relatively easy to use. I personally have more experience with Squarespace's scheduling tools. If you look up "Santrel Media Scheduling Website Tutorial" on TH-cam, you should find a video I made about a year ago that walks you through the steps to set one up. Alternatively, I have a more complete and updated tutorial for Squarespace that we published about two months ago.

You can try them both out for free and then decide which is easier, but for beginners Wix is probably your safe bet and Webflow would be more fun if you had the time

WordPress is overwhelming, I would go with something simpler like WIX, Weebly etc
