    What’s the quickest way to improve your dating? Simple you need to discover a few things (1) what is it that you are doing that’s pushing women away (2) how do you self reject (3) how do women experience you? You’ll be surprised how such simple things make such a difference once you see that it’s not about attraction women, but rather what’s preventing your natural ability to attract the feminine? That’s exactly what we teach at Fearless live events - click below to learn more

    This guy has the key. After having watched lots of BS youtubers "just be confident" "you have to feel it inside" and giving no solution, this guy comes and is 100% on point and solves the problem. See you at a seminar one day.

    I feel the most confident when I get really good quality sleep. If I dont get perfect sleep, then i feel like garbage the entire day and unmotivated.
    Sleep is powerful.

    I feel most confident when I get out of my head and I'm completely focused on the present moment. In a state like that you are free from insecurity, anxiety, neediness etc. because all of these anti-confident states stem from thinking. Confidence results naturally from just being, not thinking! Just as nature intended it.

    Step 1. Learn to become calm ( accepting,leting go emotions)
    Step 2. Step into Tension
    Step 3 : vulnerable. Willing to feel vulnerablity ( anxiety is the emotion of vulnerability)( open up and let them see you full = highly attractive and sexy as a man)
    Always remember. Own the fuck your awkwardness. ( something that i will never forget)

    I'm 45 years old and single by choice. I've done ok with women, had several relationships but they all started with a very nervous approach by me. I've wanted for years to become confident approaching women. This seems like the best advice I've heard so far. Bless you my friend, I'm gonna start integrating these 3 steps immediately and keep it up until I succeed.

    A good way to practice approaching is to also visualize approaching a beautiful woman in your mind. Before I go to sleep, I try to imagine walking up to a woman and just say hi. Sometimes I have an imaginary conversation in my head. I try to be as detailed as possible.
    And do as you say, be present with that tension and not try to make it go away, just marinate in it. Of course it's not a substitute for actually approaching, but I've read that your nervous system can not differentiate between real and imagined experiences, as long as the imagined ones are as detailed as possible.

    Hey, just started watching your channel, first with the girl giving tips & this video @ night, When you described that stoic guy vs the vulnerable guy, I swear you mentioned me. I work in a ivy league highschool, have post-acne scars on my forehead & "almost" everyone, (insecure people) makes it a point to point it out with suddle body language, but all the girls respond positively to me, smiling at me when I'm just walking past them, I don't look that bad but I'm not handsome for sure!! but the supposedly more handsome guys are almost always insecure around me, & just now, when you described that stoic guy vs the vulnerable guy, I just went BAM! Knew it! That realization validates my "over-confidence" as some may put it & makes me understand why i'm envied so much by other guys & hated, guess we all can't be this lucky to have that foundation of confidence which can never be eroded by superficiality :) Keep going man! Thanks!

    You teachings about vulnerability is the greatest thing I have ever heard from "PUA teachers". This is also the basis of a great long term relationship. And maybe not jut romantic relationship, but also friendships too. I think I knew this somehow intuitively, and I have seen it work. But now it is more conscious.

    Also, when you say "willing to feel all the emotion", during step three, what would an example of that look like? I'm picturing it as "I feel nervous about talking to this girl. I feel excited. I feel happy. I'm going to let these emotions show. I'm going to feel free to talk about how I feel. I'm not going to hide them by pretending to be super happy and confident." Is it something like that?

  • @davidplyler8173
    @davidplyler8173 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It takes practice. Starting out it may be acting confident and that's ok it's the first step is all. Repetition and practice works. From pro quarterbacks to the average Joe trying to be confident with women, practice, practice, practice, positive self talk and working on being light and fun with girls and not being self critical. This is one thing I do know about.

    Incredible video! The best part was when u mentioned a girl wont trust you if she feels the awkwardness. This happened to me when I did some approaches yesterday... I felt so nervous inside and tried to "fake" it as you say, but I could tell lots of the girls were uncomfortable. However I'm making amazing progress with my anxiety and cold approaching really helps. Underrated channel

    What does being needy look like

    • @TheFearlessMan
      @TheFearlessMan  ปีที่แล้ว

      Neediness is a very forward wanting energy, versus having your consciousness in your back. There are several other behavioral things that are needy. Do you call/text too much looking for approval? Do you look for others to validate you? These are things to look out for.

    1.Be Calm and Centered instead of confident.
    2. Step into the tension proactively.
    3. Tension is life, don't try to get rid of it through your unconscious reactions, just stay into it, step into it comfortably.
    4. Enjoying the uncertainty of the moment, moving in it, through it, one step at a time instead of reacting to the girl

    Hi Brian, I can talk to women I know as members of my family, or friends, as I don't think of them as anything more than a cousin, Auntie or friend! Some people say men should talk to women like you would, someone who is a friend, as I don't feel awkward with them, in the same way?
    I'm a shy guy who would never have the confidence to walk up to a woman I was interested in to ask out on a date, if I saw her in the street or in a bar.

    When you say, "step into and enjoy the tension", what do you mean by this? What I'm gathering... Here's an example to see if I'm understanding it right - I spot a girl I want to talk with. I begin to feel tension as I walk over to her, and continue feeling it while I'm talking with her. What you're saying, is to shift how we look at this, ie, tension normally = bad, but you're saying try and look at it as tension = good. To enjoy the tension. But wouldn't it be better to alleviate the tension instead of enjoying it? Or.. perhaps enjoying it does alleviate it, in a paradoxical kind of way? To be fair, I do like you're approach (if I'm understanding it correctly). Do you look at it like, "YES! I get a chance to feel some tension with this girl. This makes me happy because it means I get to practice working through that tension and not being shut down by it." Is that why we should look forward to the tension? To enjoy it? I guess what I'm really asking - why is it that you enjoy feeling that tension? You talk about playing with the tension. Like it's fun for you. And I think that's awesome. But why is it fun for you?

    I walked right up to a women a few weeks ago, gorgeous and a really nice person with lots of friends and liked by many.
    walked right up to her and initiated conversation with the mind of getting her number and she said" sorry I must stop you there, I am not interested in any way shape or form, your approach of being confident and just going for it regardless of how you feel just isn't going to work coming from your mouth, I said that's completely fine, have a great day.
    she then came back and said you obviously don't understand because you opened your mouth again, so here's what I will do for you, I will tell all my friends and every local woman about you.
    brushed this off with a laugh and playfully tease, should have taken this one seriously as she has definitely lived up to her word.
    it's almost comical if not baffling.

And i just think that the strategy of going to get her number is bad if you are both already there at a social place or whatever u should go all in and try to get a date right there already instead of being phone buddy with her (specially if she looks that good like u said...will have so many orbiters trying to do the same)
      And i dont think shes a nice person like u said if shes trying to put u down like that, no nice person would do that...

      Trying to control them is actually what is creating the issue. Let them come and go like you are watching a river. The heart beats, the stomach digests, the fingernails grow, the mind thinks. It's all ok. That is the starting point. From there you can start to learn to recognize and let go of the emotions that are under the thoughts. "be confident" is not a good advice to a person who lacks it. its not a switch you can flick on and off. the real money shot answer is "HOW to be confident"

Or basically get there number and all that. It's hard to harness that much energy in a healthy way tho that's where most go wrong with it

    I don't know man. I hate this whole touchy feely thing about "micro expressions"...as if I need to micro manage my "state" or "get in state" or whatever the phrase that they use now. Why can't I just be me. Why at a job interview, or with a woman or wherever, why the hell am I responsible for other peoples assumptions and perceptions when they don't even know me yet, and I don't know them yet?What about when they don't even make a sincere effort to get to know the real me?This whole "micro expressions" thing just promotes self-consciousness and outer approval seeking.

    • @TheFearlessMan
      @TheFearlessMan  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Ted1775 That's what this is about Ted. Training to be relaxed and confident in your body while stepping into tension. But you have to make changes and practices conscious first to make them naturally become part of you. I'm absolutely not about "state pumping"-you have to actually get in there and feel, and at times, feel uncomfortable. The stuff you haven't dealt with (and micro-expressions) does say something about how you feel about yourself and your ability to handle those situations, so yes, whether with women, friends, or business relationships- those things matter.

      The Fearless Man hey Brian,
      Here is the thing. I do not believe that women are entitled to anything from men. Likewise I do not believe that men owe anything to women.
      Feminism is one huge lie

    • @TheFearlessMan
      @TheFearlessMan  8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +Ted1775 This isn't about feminism though, Ted. This is about you being your most solid, free, self-assured self in every area of your life and throughout all of your days. As I said before, if someone in a business or networking situation feels a lack of security/sureness from your sub-communication, that matters. For you and for them.

    My problem with your channel sir, is that the very title is condescending. Men have always been fearless for women, women never appreciated that. In fact, while young women are being applauded for doing absolutely nothing important, men like Anthony Fauci are being scrutinized and publicly humiliated just for saving our lives.
