Corned Beef Pandesal l Soft and Fluffy Pandesal l Filipino Bread

Nothing beats the smell of freshly baked pandesal in the morning. They're slightly sweet, soft and fluffy with meaty corned beef filling. Great for breakfast with a cup of coffee.
Ingredients:
Dough
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tsp instant yeast
Filling:
380g delimondo corned beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes.
