    Thank you, this is really helpful for me as i do often struggle with how long and how to reheat food. You helped me in the comments sections before with defrosting in cold water, and ive been doing that ever since. Thanks 😊

    I use lidded Pyrex dishes for reheating in a microwave, they work great!

    For cooked meats that are frozen, do you defrost again before reheating or do you skip the defrost stage and go straight to reheating?

    What way does it work for slow cooking something that had been frozen? I presume it won't have defrosted overnight fully so you cant put it in the slow cooker the next morning? Or how do you usually do it?

    Hi im not sure if you finished what you where saying re taking the food out and not wanting to eat it ? You mentioned not to put back I the freezer BUT how long will it last in the fridge for after taking out of the freezer ? Thanks 😊

      It will last up to 3 days in the fridge once you have taken it out the freezer :)

    add salt to the water and it will defrost even quicker :=)
