    arkadaslar ben su yoga isine bu gece basladim ve bacak acma videosu izledim ordaki hareketlerle gercekten iyi bir ilerleme kaydettim ancak bacaklarımı boyle yapamadıgım icin olmada yapamadim bacak acmayi bu videoyu izleyip yapmaya calistim kendiniz gevsek birakmak lazimmis hic bir videoda bunu yapmamiz gerektigi soylenmedi tecrubelerime dayanarak diyorum ki gevseyin 2,3 gunde bile yaparsiniz emin olun

    Bisey dicem biraz daha zorlasam tam bacağımı acacam kafana kadar tekme kaldirirm ama bu hareketi yapamiyorum ve tek yapamadigim harekette bu yani esneklik tedti olmaz boyle

      Esneklik testi olsum diye koymamış ki kadın. Diz kapakları esnek olmadığı için çeşitli alanlarda sporlarına devam edemeyenler bile var, daha rahat esneyebilit hale getirmek için bu hareket.

    Ablam herkes sen gibi 70 kilo dümdüz vücutlu değil ben 120 kiloyum kaslardan dolayı belli bir yerden sonra istesemde eğilemiyorum kaslarım izin vermiyor sporcu olarak.

      Durduğun yerde bile sürekli esnetmeye çalışırsan biraz gelişiyor. Havada dik tutmaya çağıştığında bacağı titreyen insanım ben, ona rağmen biraz gelişme var. Azıcık daha çabalayalım 😭
