No where on this planet are young attractive woman attracted to old pop belly men. This is a myth in the Philippines and the same reason you do NOT see young attractive Filipina's dating older Filipino men. You wil never see this. The one thing an old Western has that an old Filipino does not is money. I live in Baguio and I am married to a Filipina. Everybody laughs at this silly myth that young Filipina's are blind and somehow...someway...just love that old wrinkly skin, big belly, and saggy face. Sure, with money you can get what you want...but this is true in any country. YOu can get what you want in America if you have enough money. The old man will use the Filipina for her youth so far game when the old Western man gets used for his money. You play the game....you roll the dice. But the one thing there is not here in the Philippines is crying....no crying when you pay for attention and you pay for her youth. Expect to be played.
Age gaps are a thing in the USA as well. As long as the girl is legal, then let your feelings be your guide and hers.

The best way I had it explained to me by a Pina, whose husband died after 11 years of marriage, is this. I started dating him because I hoped he could give me a better life, but I knew if I didn't like him, I would end it. No way was that going to make me happy. After I got to know him, I said to myself I can learn to love this man.. it turned out to be the happiest 11 years of my life.
Nothing is possible without money. So money allows a relationship to happen and prosper. A young girl could fall in love with an older man who changes her life dramatically, but the money is the basis, and it couldn't happen without it.
I can tell you, from personal experience, that it absolutely can happen, even in the west, with money having nothing to do with it. Rare? Definitely, but it was a wonderful friendship that developed slowly, until one day she told me she was falling in love with me. I was stunned, but we ended up together for about a year. If she wanted money, what the hell was she doing with me?!? 39 year age gap. And no, the breakup had nothing to do with money, either. The world‘s not black-and-white; there are no absolutes.

Lot of western men are very knowledgeable and compliment Filipina women quite well imho. If your balding and have a big belly and you are an azz, you might just get taken to the cleaners...who would put up with that!

It's not just about money...Foreigners younger or older guys are easy to mingle with, understanding, and more responsible, mostly there's no insecurity in life and there are not lots of dramas in life in comparison to Filipino guys hahaha. Anyway, if you love then love ...we live once ...whatever you have and who is with you if you are happy and contented then go for it.
Old is gold? I mean, how old is old? For sure, the man should be older than the woman. But father figure? Isn't that a red flag? A sign of immaturity? Most broke Filipino women go for foreign men who cannot even get it up. It is transactional. Many of these old coots aren't healthy to raise a family. The answer is no. Younger Filipino women do not like way older men in general. The clap by these women from lower economic status from the provinces without a future is astounding.

I have a challenge for you! Find a few older, poor foreign men who are living in the Philippines that have a pretty young girl friend / wife; then search out older, financially stable foreign men who have younger girl friends. Interview both groups and post it on your channel.

On a plane trip back to the Philippines, a Filipina with her western man were happily seated in one of the rows. Almost all passengers were looking at them because her man was so huge, making the Filipina somewhat uncomfortable. Suddenly she stood up and scolded all those who were looking at them. My Filipina wife is 34 years younger. She was mainly attracted to me as she believes an older man is more mature and responsible, especially western men. She also finds light skin and blue eyes very physically attractive. Webeen married and living in the province in Cebu for 5 years now. Still going very strong.
I did Manila for 4 months, and Cebu IT Park now and can get all the dates I want with lots of 25-40 without pay to play. However, you nailed it in your comments. Be attractive, stylish, interesting, funny, fit, but muscular not needed, and put them first and be honest. . Nah you don't need to bring them into trips. You attracted the gold diggers my friend. A local very low cost resort will put a huge smile on their faces, and they will come back. Except if you focus on the city, high style, high class, gold digger. It's ok if it's your thing, but you can have tons of fun, and success for significantly less trouble and investment. I admit location makes a big difference tough.

I'm the same age as you, I dated a 21yo girl (In the west) when I was 35 for a year, we were actually a really cool couple with each other, but so many people looked down their nose at me in the street and that's just a 14 year age gap and long story but the age gap ended our relationship here. I don't think that would have happened with a Filipina.
Yeah I can imagine, it's just culturally so different in different parts of the world. However if you were a celebrity or millionaire perhaps you would've been treated differently? It's often the only times where you do see age gap in the west.

Only have a 12 year age gap with my Filipina wife so can't comment on larger age gaps. It is well known that females look for security in a male partner. It could be physical security (they feel safe and not threatened by other men) or financial security (knowing they will be taken care of). It is true that mens first thoughts when meeting a woman is are they attracted to the females.

I am moving there next month and am not going to find a filipina. I am 61 and would never date a woman decades younger than me. I lived in Thailand in the 80s and 90s and thought it weird to see young girls with old men. I am past the point in my life where I am driven by sex. I want a companion who has life experience. I think that the youngest woman I would date would be a woman in her 40s.
Yeah I see extreme age gap relationships here all the time, guys in there 70s even and I can't help but think it looks weird, my friend Fretchie who I referenced says they get those staring glares wherever they go.

The main reason so many very young filipinas want older men is for support, i cannot count how many times a young filipina ask me for money for school. Many say they will do anything if i pay for their college, i feel sorry for these girls. They just want to get an education for the future, and for their family. They do not care what u look like, as long as u support their college.
This is the sad state of affairs. College diploma mills are often regarded as the means to level up for degrees and jobs that are not there. The job market is structured to accept college graduates incompatible to what they plan to do. It is a flaw which I hope will change in the future. A farmer’s daughter should have the option to marry her level with an education that fits their background and means of living.

I could go on but I belive I've earned the right to do as I please as long as it's lawful and moral. I'm an old cowboy and having a young woman would not be in my best interest. Western women who criticize and complain about men going abroad for more traditional women are just pissed off, because foreign women are enjoying those resources they cant extricate from said men. Yes. But, I don't see hot burning desire for Romantic Love only financial security called Companionate Love. I was first in the PH as a teen and every Pinay I knew had the hots for local chix-boys their own age. Sadly, I saw many being sold by parents to their dismay. Younger women are not attracted to older men. The only reason they go out with older men is for the economic security. If you did not attract younger women in your own country than clearly young women were not attracted to you. The answer to this behaviour is poverty. Poverty is sending these women towards older men. And these older men should just accept that fact and be grateful and kind to these girls because these men would never have had this opportunity in their own homeland unless they were multi millionaires.

I don't think age is in itself attractive. There are plenty of old guys who are broke, have poor personalities, and haven't learned much for all of their years. No, most Filipinas who date much older foreigners will not typically care if they are the first, second or third "Filipina" they have had. Nope, it doesn't matter for most. Good video Chad, I started an LDR several months ago with a Filipina who is within fifteen years of my age which is 50. My barrier so far is her experience being burned in past relationships that she is very hesitant in our conversations.
Maybe a future interview with a Filipina who has had a bad experience or experiences with a foreigner.
Its important to add that a lot of people are doing a lot of generalization. To the gentleman who say it's purely transactional. This is 100% not true. Most women are truly looking for a real/true/loving relationship. My filipina has gone to great lengths to assure me that it's "me" and not the money she is interested in. She has never asked since day 1. Giving them a different life with a different comfort level is just an added extra bonus for them.

All Filipinas are different and have different wants and needs. The quality of the man and his personality characteristics will determine very much his desirability for intelligent women.

Interesting presentation, but one thing that needs to be mentioned is the class of Filipino you're dealing with. Well off Filipinas are not interested in a relationship with foreigners. They prefer someone from their own society and social strata, just like girls everywhere else. So you're options are girls from poorer families with fewer options and lots of them are single mothers with few good local prospects. I could say a lot more, but I'll leave it at this and just remind guys to be realistic and realize that women are the same everywhere. You may have some advantages in poorer countries as a wealthy Western man, with a certain class of women which will give you options that you won't have at home. You can tell yourself any myth you want but eventually reality catches up with everyone and the closer your expectations are to reality, the better off you'll be.
Come on man money is king. 99% is about taking care of them and what they can do for the family 1% is everything else like looks, humor etc..

Couture way different hard to match well both sides are thinking differently. But a must is you need to live there boots on the ground travel back and forth won’t work

As an older man with a young filipina wife, I love that my wife depends on me to support her. She is always appreciative. And that very humble attitude is what makes her so attractive to me. I divorced 2 American ladies because they could never be pleased. I think that's reason us old farts go looking for a province girl. This is definitely a 2 way street. I love one of the comments, "Old is Gold" In a lot of cases, this is life changing for this most likely poor Filipina. It's also life changing for the expat as well. They both benefit from this and in most cases the Filipina is loving and genuine. The same goes for the expat. Just use the right head!

It's not just the "Age gap". Its the fact that these men fly half way around the world to go the one place where attractive young girls will date not so attractive old men. It's also the fact that SO MANY old men do it. We could try to be open minded and look at an individual situation like your friend Frenchie and give them the benefit of the doubt. But when you see hundreds and hundreds of old men flooding the Philippines to take ANY Filipina they can get, its harder to take these relationships seriously.

Very true. I've never seen a young Filipina that was born in a first world country with an old man. Likewise, I never seen a Pinay in the Philippines with an old Filipino. Filipinas, like any other women want men in their same age range and financially stable. These facts will never change. This is reality.

Finacial security is not just a thing in the Philippines. If you have a 24 year old single mom in the US who has a choice between dating a 21 year old model type man that works at Burger King or a 36 year old slightly balding pharmacist that makes 6 figures a year who do you think she is going to pick? The same thing can be said about men. Men are visually driven creatures. As we age we realize visual is the initial attraction and body and face will change. Still, we need an initial attraction. Lastly I have met 16 year old men and 50 year old boys. Maturity has nothing to do with age. It is a choice to mature.

Financial security is the number one reason for this age gap love. Let's just be honest.
If you respect the girl and are kind, that goes a long way with a Filipina. If you treat children with love and show respect to the girls parents, learn a little Tagalog and/or Bisaya, don't get angry in public, you will be liked. Be confident, work out some, watch your weight, dress nicely, etc. Filipinas will like you. Yes, and if they like you because you are worldly and educated, wonderful. If I was dating girls in the province and planned on living there, I would rent so if the girls in a town create problems, you can move to somewhere else until you find the right fit (place and girl) so maybe you can put down roots. If it was me, I want a sweet, kind, caring woman who is basic and doesn't cause drama....NO TAMPO or very little.
You got it right. Older men who are in good shape, good-looking, humerous and knowledgeable about how to treat women as well as having money can usually do well with younger women in the West but in the Philippines will do exceptionally well. Those that struggle back home will do better in SE Asia but they need realistic expectations.
Just left Cebu, and from what I seen was the West isn't sending their best.
Lots of comments here mentioned many reasons why Filipinas might be attracted to older foreign men, and while those reasons may apply to some, they don't apply to all. It really depends on the personality of the individual. Of course, financial stability is important, and it's something I value as I am financially stable myself. However, my financial stability might not be the same as that of foreigners, as our standards in monetary terms are different.
Personally , I look for older men because many of them prefer to live a quiet, peaceful life and are content being loved and cared for by a Filipina, no matter what they are, or simply because there's what we call a "mutual match," which aligns with what I want. Regarding having a mixed-race child, it's something I would consider a blessing, although I think it might be too late for me now.😉 Additionally, I find foreigners more attractive and I feel more secure with them compared to Filipinos, who are often not as stable and sometimes have the tendency to take advantage in various ways.

I’m age 80, fit, swim daily in 4 of the ten Estadio pools. I’ve enjoyed dating one or the other girlfriend for the past 3 years. They are ages 40 & 33 svelte, fit, vetted and enjoy sharing happiness, joy and love on adventures exploring Colombia. Medellin (MDE) is 3 hour flight from Miami. MDE has better infrastructure, excellent dependable internet and electrical power. Better English spoken than Filipina province tagalog.

As someone who has lived in many parts of the world, I have seen many situations where girls actually pursue older guys, and seem to prefer them, this is often with a 10-15 year age gap but sometimes it could be more dependiing on how outstandiing the guy is. If a 21 year old fiilipina has a choice between a 21 year old local guy whose short, broke, physically weak guy who's not likely to be loyal and 41 year old guy who's tall, strong, with a big nose, mature fiinancially stable, has a status, a proven track record of overcominig challanges, is ready to by loyal, and can give her white babiies with big noses, some women would absolutely go for the second option, and some would go for the first if he's cool and handsome, but they're both certainly desireable to certaiin women.

Having lived here for a few years with one girlfriend, it seems to me that a lot of single mom Filipina start by dating a young Pinoy. As soon as she falls pregnant he dumps her and she vows never to date another Filipino. Older foreigners are perceived as more stable and reliable which is attractive to them.

Well of course an older expat guy with money is a status symbol in a third world country with essentially no economy as opposed to a younger native man with no money and no prospects of ever having any.
And as far as the money goes, even minimum Social Security is big money in the Philippines.

Sometimes it seems, the age-gap relationship really is built on love and attraction, but just as often, I think it is a financial-security and safety issue for the younger woman. She wants security and trust and an older guy offers that. Nothing wrong with that. It’s two oeople choosing what works best for them.
A older man is expected to be mature and financially stable. He should not have vices and believe in God. Younger Filipinas have no issues with an age difference if he is going to commit to a relationship that will lead to marriage and children. That said you do not want a Filipina that has gone from foreigner to foreigner, there’s a reason for that. She will be very protective of you if you’re worth it. Make sure about her marital status and how many children she has, stay far away from the ones that are married but say they’re separated that’s a big problem and you can end up in a bad situation. If she has children realize her children come first, no exceptions, you will be expected to put them before everything in your hard earned retirement years. Summation, she should be single with no children, that is the safest path to happiness. God Bless

Few here, if any, seem to consider the possibility that these age-gap relationships can both transactional, at least in part, *and* based on genuine caring, common interests and values, and even attraction. It's not necessarily black-and-white, and-or. And I suspect that these kinds of age-gap relationships, where it is acknowledged that the woman is reasonably seeking to better her life, might be happier and more stable than either extreme.
