I use the O2 ring and am now getting 9.8 to 10.0 O2 saturation overall ratings during the night. I am injecting O2 into my CPAP device. Prior to injecting O2 I was getting O2 saturation readings as low as 78%.... OMG... Now my daily average ratings are higher than 97%. I feel better than I have ever felt and sleeping one hour less than before using O2. GOD bless technology and your knowledgeable information. It was you that drove me to buy and use the ring which changed my life for the better.
@based_anthropologist There is a O2 hose adapter that attaches just at the output of my CPAP machine and in between the mask hose. The O2 is added here and mixes with the air being provided by the CPAP machine. I can adjust the O2 pressure being suppied and that is currently set to 3 psi or how ever O2 pressure is actually defined.
My lowest recorded O2 reading since adding the O2 device has been 91% with no less than a 90% reading. If my O2 drops below 88% the ring vibrates and wakes me up. Before adding the O2 I was being woken up many times per night. The ring never vibrates now and I feel refreshed in the morning.

I bought the one that goes on your wrist with a small cable to a ring. It will last 3 days easy, but haven't pushed it beyond that as I don't check it everyday. It looks like it is from the same manufacturer as yours. I got that as I didn't wear rings at the time do to my occupation, and the ring looks rather big, so I opted for something smaller on my finger. I too had a heartbeat that jumped to over 200, and it happened in my sleep as well, and at the time I was wearing a 24 hour BP monitor, so that was an eye opener for another and the Doctor. When the SleepHQ becomes compatible with the F&P will I be able to connect my current app and if not, will I be able to transfer all the current data over to the new app or will I have to start from scratch... Thank you

I'm confused about how to use the 02 ring with SleepHQ. The site says to upload your SD card? There's no SD card with the O2 ring. Do I have to download from the ring's app to an SD card, and then to SleepHQ?
Hi Nick, what do you think about the recent update on the VHealth app for the RingO2? I personally hate it.
