I had the pleasure of seeing him perform this at the Wheeler Opera House in Aspen in 2013 or 14, and I cried so hard. I'm a techno music junkie, and Burt Bacharach was still the greatest concert I've ever seen, and probably ever will. What a true musical legend.

Our teacher in catechism who is a nun made us sing alfie in class fir the wonderful lyrics this is the only modern music she approves. Dionne warwick made the song a hit but burt sang it with more feeling with his halting and raspy voice. Burt is not a good singer but he did more justice with these songs. Mabuhay burt. We filipinas love you because you wrote many songs that made us cry, smile and fell in love with.

My heart is broken it will always be broken and I'll always miss perfect correct no matter he is wonderful and I'm so sad I can hardly listen to his songs right now cause I really miss him in my heart there will always be a place in my heart to be broken from him being gone
