For the price, a great deal. Yes, most structures are likely a tear down, but with electric and septic on site..that saves $$$. If it were mostly flat land, 47 acres at 60k would make a fine start to self sufficiency. Thanks for the tour!

Another great presentation. Andrew do u think a bank would give a loan with half down & not a lot of credit? Just a cash type of guy. If you don't have cash for it, then u don't need it . I want to buy everything you list though🤪🥹🥰🙏🏼this property would be so awesome to own and remove old structures and build further back. Omg! Getting close to leaving. Wa is a liberal pos state. My mortgage for .7 acres with a rambler and garage is $2000.00. My electric bill last month...$600.00. My property tax FOR .7 ACRES WITH A RAMBLER is $5400.00!!!!! Sickening. It took me 45 minutes the other day to drive 7 miles. People here are rude and crime is rampant. I NEED Maine.
