you all prolly dont care at all but does someone know a way to get back into an instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the login password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me.
This is exactly the way i was shown Karate round house kicks back in the 90s .The old school Japanese Karate guys used the ball of there foot to strike toes back in some of there round house kicks because you could brake the outside of you foot on contact. And there is even a points sport Karate style of round house kick to the head as well which is different then a traditional Karate round house kick.
Any suggestions on working on powering am the lead leg round kick? I can get it with the small switch ( which basically brings me into the southpaw position giving my hips more flexibility) is that the reason for my weaker left leg round kick to not feel powerful and isn’t comfortable to do without the quick switch? Thanks! You’re a warrior btw!
When you tell people about the 45 kick they think you don’t know what you’re talking about. They always say “you have to rotate the hips over” , not even realizing that it’s not supposed to be a full round kick. I will now direct them to this video 🫡
im a muay thai athele my legs are too unflexable so for highkick. i only can highkick with 45 degree & i thought im wrong now i see i was right ty snap kick is for karate & tekwando but number 1 & 5 use in muay thai muay thai is best sensi repeat with me
@@tyrusmfrechs7025 I'm going to help you. Look at Samkor, Yodskanklai, Buakaw. Real rotation of hip and real power. Muay kick power VS Donuts kick power.
Is like Kyokushin karate all this variations and techniques, I very appreciated.
Regards from Montreal.
Never give up.

You ve to step out to the side to bring your hip in the kick!

The 45 kick is quite dangerous because if can be catched easily, right?
yes, but it's inherently much faster than Thai style kick. Similar to a snap kick, because you aren't pivoting really.
Awesooome
He would be a beast in ufc if he can defend takedown
Agreed. I think he would fight like Paulo Costa, who steamrolls his opponents with heavy strikes.
@@KaizenLife would be a crazy fight, his leg kicks are scary
I just wish he'd coach some MMA guys I mean I imagine he does but I mean too say like a relationship between his gym and a big name mma gym
His wrestling needs to improve leaps and bounds for that. Too Muay Thaish right now.
awesome breakdown bro!
I wanna train with you .. please be my master
Ouch! Ouch! Err nahcho! nahcho!
Slow down the question mark kick let us learn
Variation #5 should just be called the Bazooka kick
it'll blow your shit up
Ramon Dekkers abused it
That creepy smile 0:30
That 45 kick, he's not turning his hip over at all is he?
Exactly! It's also faster that way.
@@edgar22452 thanks for the reply I still don't have it perfect LOL
Kick full contact/Karaté, not muay thai, so less power.
Donuts are better with sprinkles. I like strawberry.
