Thank you! The negativity doesn't bother me if they have something to back it up by. But I guarantee you the people that leave those mean judgmental comments are the same ones that eat bad food themselves as well!
I just really don't understand why people feel the need to leave negative comments, it's not for your family so chill. I love your grocery hauls and congratulations on your new baby. :)
+apfelprincess45 right? I have a large haul like this and we are family of 3 going once a month is so convenient. I have to stop to pick up fresh veggies once week but all our meat canned good formula baby food and my fiances junk. is bought once a month.
I don't think people realize also how much kids waste with I'm hungry then 2 bites in and done. Also when breastfeeding you are very hungry especially when cluster feeding which you pretty much do for first 2-4 weeks with newborn. Also you had baby shower and meal prepped so I'm impressed this is enough to get through next month! Especially for family 5 and one person is having consume enough nutrition for 2. Congratulations hun on the baby girl!
How long do you keep your frozen meats in the freezer? Ive been wanting to buy meats in bulk and keep them for a couple months but I get nervous about them going bad :/ I love your food hauls 😍😍
meat will typically only keep for about six months in the freezer and usually your freezer should have a sticker or guide on the inside of the door telling you just how long to keep it. To buy in bulk is terrific, just have some sort of plan about what you want to make in future and then when you get home divide into portion sizes, because then you only have to take out a couple of days worth at a time to cook. If you don't divide up and you have to take all the meat out, never refreeze it and then it defeats the purpose of freezing in the first place because you then have to use it all at once! Also, if you do take frozen meat from the freezer and cook it, never refreeze the cooked meat, it's not healthy to do so. But you can cook meat, eg ground beef or something, let it cool and then freeze it as a ready made meal. Other things to freeze to save time and money are, bread, sandwiches (sans lettuce, the water content is too much), frozen veges, etc. Enjoy :)
Karina Rubalcava Good luck :) If you always think of the freezer as your friend in the kitchen, you'll always have plenty of meals and meal ideas on hand.
I had a question about the sugar free pudding. Have you ran into any stomach problems with the girls eating it? I have tried to eat sugar free desserts before and it's horrible on my digestive system. I was told it was the sugar substitute. I haven't tried sugar free pudding before though. Also my son LOVES that off brand coco Rice Krispie cereal. I have to buy 4 huge bags during my shopping trips because he eats it constantly!
It is the fake sugar aspartame, that is doing that to you. Unless you have diabetes sugar free products are not really good for you because your body doesn't know how to process it. Aspartame, Splenda, Acesulfame etc actually can make you store fat and crave sugar because your body doesn't know how to process it. Some people are more sensitive to it then others for me it gives me headaches that bring me to my knees its awful. The last time we were at a BBQ someone put Splenda on strawberries for shortcake, I ended up throwing up the whole way home and my husband had to pull over in a church parking lot. Ya lol not a good time. So moral of the story you shouldn't eat fake sugar and you are probably someone who is more sensitive to it. Try natural sweeteners like honey, 100% pure maple syrup, agave nectar. Also, natural pure sugar in moderation of course is fine too.
If you have left over brown sugar after you are done with your recipe you should get a brown sugar bear to keep it from going hard. They work very well. Can we get a cooking with Andres video?
+Malka Strauss omg I have never heard of that being unpatriotic. Well come save some money. I love saving money its a hobby of mine lol so I would be completely unpatriotic I guess. We do spend a lot in health insurance though :(
Have you ever thought about filming a 'weekly meals' video? I'm very interested in seeing what your making with the poblano peppers.
Don't let negative people's comments affect you! You are doing the best you can for your family and no one should judge you!

do you finish all the milk before it goes bad?
Most of the time yes! Lol Andres drinks more than any of us do so we always stock up for him.
creama you can use just like regular sour cream but its thinner
I just really don't understand why people feel the need to leave negative comments, it's not for your family so chill. I love your grocery hauls and congratulations on your new baby. :)
I use the crema Mexicana with chorizo and egg burritos I pour it on top and with tacos too I love it
I use the crema Mexicana on soft tacos! so good! or entomatadas! yummy! now I'm hungry!!!😋
Great haul enjoyed looking at the different items that people get and makes me think hey i need to get that or try that.
that is so much for a family of four
No really if it's for a month and a family of four, that's about enough for four weeks.

Not really considering we just had a newborn on Thursday and probably won't be shopping again for 4-6 weeks.

Excellent grocery haul

Lol! I haven't noticed any stomach problems but then again they don't get the pudding that often maybe once a week so that could be why.

so excited to see Mexican staple foods
yesss 😊
What is that creama used for? Is it similar to sour cream? I see it in the grocery and wondered.
+allycatangel1 yes just like sour cream but more runny.
You guys are funny;)
that would have cost a good $800-$1,000 here in new Zealand
I love almond milk but that's probs cause I've seen all of the fucked up videos of meat farms and I hate the taste of milk anyway
milk is so freaking nasty

Julianna haha same
What in the world is a tube of turkey? Doesn't sound good at all!
It's ground turkey meat. It's wrapped in plastic. It's looks exactly like the Jennie O turkey sausage she showed.
My point, doesn't look too good but each to their own.
That's how most ground meat is sold. Lol not sure how it doesn't sound good but ok.

i also saw that you can put a piece of bread in the bag/storage container with your brown sugar to keep it soft!
Okadar yiyicegi nereye sıgdırıcan
You would have paid double that in Canada ☹️
I live in Washington I wish I could help. That sucks your stuff costs so much more.

Omg I spend 350 for a week for barley anything
your unsalted butter, there are lots of recipes that call for unsalted butter
juice is soooo sugary and shouldn't be drunk by anyone, let alone children
You make cool videos but stop touching your nose 👊😝✊
