Just because students have engineering degrees, they are lured by agents and get trapped. I have my fellow colleagues working in my project from USA in which i have heard many unethical practices done by Andhra people living in USA just to retain their jobs.

I think these cheats are unemployable because of this scam, one guy in the video said 'My work was good clients liked me', & if that's true than he can get a decent job here. But they have the baggage of being 'frauds' so I doubt any company would hire them now.

You just can't walk into any country and flout their legal framework to work. Even we have come here after due diligence with the motive to study and get a good job. Its surely hard since spending $50k on fees, boarding etc is a huge amount for us, but then we face the hardship and produce results. Just coming to the US to work and not study on an F-1 visa is bound to put you in trouble. Now if you say that you have financial troubles, then it does not make sense to even come to the US. Why spend so much on airfare, living etc when you know what you are doing is illegal and there is a 100% chance of getting caught and sent back. For those who say that the India government has failed to deliver it promise of creating 100's of new jobs, the fact is even if it has created those jobs, you won't be landing any if you don't have the required skills. First improve your skills, stick to the job you have right now if the scenario to switch is not viable and then give it a shot when you have a chance and a fallback options. Without the required skill nobody would pay you to do the work.

If this hadnt happen most of them would have come back and some would have accurred the necessary papers through the proper channel. If a student was in red state then the jail and courts there are designed to ignore requests for stay and contest and to deport asap so that once they are deported they can no longer sue

This looks like nice way to earn free money. 2500$ per sem and then 25000$ bail amount as bail amount from each student. more then 2 and a half million $ gained. @omkar joshi I am here on a valid visa and have legitimate employment. So yeah I can say that I am legitimate. What the government decides to do with the H1b holders is to be seen. Plus, if you knew anything about the green card and what it means, you'd know that he can't just kick green card holders out.
