  • A significant increase in medical calls in Calgary’s downtown core have prompted the Fire Department to add a second Medical Response Unit to the squad at the Beltline Fire station. Henna Saeed takes us on a tour.

    Did anyone ever consider the fact the people who have lost everything, including a roof over their heads, might be more susceptible to falling into drug addiction?
    Address the housing crisis Ms. Smith, don't just create a few 100k jobs.

    How about more money for AHS Paramedics? Oh I forgot, they are also tied up attending to homeless addicted clients, tied up at the ER as they re short staff, aging population, staff burnout, Yada Yada Yada. Soon those boys down at the FD will need a emergency rescue squad for all the EV drivers freezing in their cars! Welcome to Justin's Canada where frontline healthcare worker's are burned out, homeless camps in every city, opioid crisis, rental crisis, lack of affordable housing, but we must all be in EV by 2035 NO THANK YOU
