Police force in the UK needs more people to join but their written test/assessment is NOT realistic in any shape or form! They want you to listen to a story and write a report or they will ask you questions about that story and they will time you! In the real world, police officers are not being timed when they ask questions of the public. And if they miss something, they will ask you to repeat the sentence. Police needs people from all walks of life...

@@mrpatty29 I am with GMP. AC, interview and bleep test are 3 separate days. Prep wise, honestly read the literature you get sent. The smallest detail such as number of car park spaces and locations at the shopping centre. Take it all in but don't get hung up on a specific area, it's all relevant. Additionally, look and conflict management on TH-cam. Strategies and methods. The STAR model was most helpful in my interview.
