Very good info. you are on the money in Glendo. We never go to Glendo, just jammed with mucho Colo folks. We take walleye from the Platte & Medicine Bow Rivers. They will hit anything trout will take(Flies, Lures). There is also great Walleye fishing on the Missouri River in Montana(Great Falls) (As far as I know Wyo. does not raise or plant Walleyes, but Colo. does)
Best 22 minutes I’ve spent watching a fishing video. Thanks for posting this one Chad. I picked up a lot of Smithswick jerk baits and excited for May and June walleye fishing.
We don't. My preference is to either keep them alive in the live well until I can fillet them, or place them directly on ice as soon as I harvest them. Handled that way, they are very tasty with only a basic fillet job.
Great breakdown on walleye baits, Mahalo 🤙🏽
